My experience was AWESOME!!! I had more items to return, Aaron from the Security Mall Macy's was the most courteous, patient, funny and knowledgeable one at the register. He is always very pleasant, he assisted the other agents at the same time. when I tried to pull my order number on my phone he was patient, The first go round didn't work, he walked me through and
was quick to figure out another way to go. I thought he was a manager. He said he wasn't but he definitely should get that promotion... THANKS AARON!!!

I have always loved shopping at Macy's, it is where you can find beautiful fashions , good quality clothes at a reasonable price. They make feel so fancy. 💃

Got the opportunity to get some great perfumes here and it was worth my trip.

Always a great experience, not much product. Anything not the same since stores like this have continued on a decline. Definitely a old time favorite.

I rarely shop at Macy's but I purchased a gift set online and let's just say my wife fell in love with the Fragrance so I knew the next stop was to purchase a bigger bottle when I enter into Macy's I was Greeted by Ms Bridgette she's was amazing and I would say that was over a year ago so I decided to treat myself and was Purposely looking for her let's just say she's help me find my new Fragrance thanks 😊

Macy is huge cool and have different cool items with cost effective. If you are planning to visit, you are going to enjoy it.

I went into Macy's to return a purchase and pay my bill. The ladies at the Customer Service desk were very friendly and attentive. They return my item quickly and refunded the money to my credit card. They asked if there was anything else I needed help with and immediately honored my request to get a printed copy of my balance. My final request was to pay my balance in full which they promptly took care of. Everyone was smiling and looked like they enjoyed their job. That was a refreshing change from most department stores. Macy's is one of only a few stores where I still enjoy going shopping. Thanks for the great service.

I am the regular customer of Macy. Mostly I go this Macy because one employee always treats me really good. Her name is Naziya Mulla. She is really awesome. She always helps me when I ask her to help. She is the best employee of that Macy address. I want to tell to the Macy manager to appreciate her of her honest and awesome work. She is so kind, helpful, always polite, loving and caring to the customers. She is the best.

I met a lady cashier Melissa Yarborough at Macy's..she is excellent in customer service...People like Melissa with fantastic and excellent qualities in the field of customer service are few..I pray she is promoted to the position she deserves with excellent qualities..

Hardly ever go to Columbia but so happy I did this day. Sales associates were kind, even with the store being busy. Things were as organized as possible. Just a little sad that Nike will no longer be sold through this retailer.

Moderately large store and good collection of everything! I got my engagement ring from their store. Also shopped a lot during black friday. They had great deals too. Specially loved their men's collection. You can almost get anything here at a good price. Their perfume and cosmetic section is really really good. The ladies helping the perfumes are very persuasive. I wasn't looking forward to buy any, but one very nice lady convinced me to buy one! Overall very nice experience.

I had a great experience I've never had a problem with Macy's of course this time of year there's a long line they've been having 60% off which is good considering I have a granddaughter to take care of at the same time they don't have a lot to offer they need to refill their racks a lot more when it comes to children's clothes the women's department is fine the men's department is fine the boys department is fine but when it comes to little girls their selection is just not they run out too quick of the size that I need and they don't replace it for at least five or six days because I've gone their consecutively but overall I like Macy's so I try to stick with them. I bought what I thought was an air fryer but it's a broiler stock pot and gentleman told me it was an air fryer as well I get home and read it and it's not so I had to take it back which was an inconvenience again the customer service is pretty good I haven't had a problem with anyone there yet especially the lady in the shoes department she was very kind she at walk me to where I needed to go and showed me what I wanted to see I like being helped Hands-On not being told oh well it's all the way over there make a left make a right go back to the back I don't like those type of directions I think a customer service personnel should personally take you where you need to go and she did that basically everything else I know where it is but as I stated they need to have more of a selection for little girls size five six

The people who worked there were helpful and nice. I got my order quickly and was on my way....I have not been there in years but, after this experience I will be going back, good job Macy's

Picked up some really nice riding boots that was on sale for 100.00. The boots was originally 179.00 but was 50%off. It was a good deal. If you did not see your size. They allowed you to place an order for your size for the sale price. Also the item was shipped out to your home.
