The excellent service we receive from Mrs. Madrid and the entire staff at Home Depot has been instrumental in making our interactions both enjoyable and productive.

The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I needed a piece of wood cut, and the young man I asked went right away and found the man who does this
And one of the lumber associates spent quite a few minutes helping me find the other things I needed for my project

We needed some moving supplies quickly and Home Depot's convenient hours and large selection were just what we needed. Everything was clearly labeled. I was in and out in under 5 minutes, which is important when going into a place this large.

I always find everything I need. We are beginning our porch and deck projects and when I got paint Jamal was amazing. He was quick with mixing my paint and asked me questions on which one I needed. Lines move quickly.

Men were very nice who delivered appliances. Called beforehand to confirm and arrived a little earlier. Install went well they were out within an hour.

My husband and I ordered a door at the Parkville store. For a few reasons the order wasn't finished. We walked into The Reisterstown Plaza store, so happy we did. Irael and Dashard stepped in and saved the day!! After calling the other store, being placed on hold, transferred etc, They remained calm and professional. Obtained all the information needed and resolved our problem. Although this should be standard we all know it isn't. We appreciate you both so much. Store employees are so helpful and efficient these days, that I was in and out in a flash. I needed a curtain rod. The employee looked it up on a device in his pocket, took me to the product, and I was right back on my way home. Wonderful service.

Great selection of home improvement items. Store is pretty organized. Certain departments have more knowledgeable staff than others but I've found plumbing, doors and hardware to always be pretty good.

Andrae in floor and tile is amazing. He is knowledgeable about everything and is super helpful. As a beginner tiler he was able to help me out together a “kit” with everything I would need and explained and even showed me how to use everything. He also did all the heavy lifting in the store and brought it all the way to the car.

Nice store that had everything we needed. From the time we entered it until we left, it was a smooth experience.

Sometimes you can tell a store's quality by how they deal with an issue. I had a slight problem related to when something was supposed to be built for me and Paul the store manager went way above and beyond my expectations to assist me in our patio furniture setup and relievers. I was beyond satisfied and am extremely grateful for a great experience. Thanks Paul!
