Giant Food

I love this Giant because it’s 24hrs and I can go there late after I get off in the morning to get items. The gripe I have is I needed lotion and shampoo desperately one morning, i went there and the lady who was re filling the shelves had the entire aisle blocked off with carts on both sides. I’m assuming she was doing this so customers wouldn’t come into the aisle. But it’s a 24 hour store. That’s the reasoning behind a store being 24 hours is so that you can come into the store at non conventional hours and get what you need. I left there without anything I needed because she had the whole aisle literally blocked completely off with shopping carts. There were other workers there re-filling shelves with no problem with their aisle still open. Not sure why this particular lady’s section had to be completely blocked off. I get it that sometimes customers can get in the way, but we need items and I don’t think that it’s right that you can just block a whole aisle just because you refuse to work around customers who are just trying to patronize the store

I am so happy to find this store. I work nights and am glad to be able to stop on the way home and pick up some groceries at 7 am. They are always friendly and helpful. It's great.

I pass by a Giant very close to my home but I always shop at this location, mainly for the deli! The young man named Donyea, Lord I hope I spelled his name correctly! Donyea, is always nice, very polite, doesn't mind changing his gloves when I ask and he even does it with a smile! Gives no attitude what so ever! He's always the same each and every time I come, very pleasant! I had to speak with the manager about this young man! He wasn't there today, but Dre took care of me and he also was a very nice and professional! He had no problem changing his gloves, when I asked! Now don't get things twisted, it's not all about the glove changing. It just seems like, these young guys here, are all about pleasing and accommodating their customers needs, and they love what they do! So with that being said, I leave a happy customer, EVERYTIME!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, GUYS!! Thanks!!

Impressed that they had banna milk. I think they are 24 hours. I'll have to verify and report back.

Great selection! Candy, gluten free food, ice cream, fresh vegetables and fruits, meats and seafood, coffee, great bakery, and huge selection of soda. Also has pharmacy.

It's super convenient for me since it's open 24 hours.

One decent grocery store with one great advantage - it's 24/7 - always ready when you are, especially if you're a night owl or need something at night ... pretty cool, not many of them around!

The only 24 hour Giant in MD. that I'm aware of. I went in after midnight. The lady managing the self checkout was running a tight game in expert mode.

Much better, but a little bit bigger would be great but has a 24 hrs store and pharmacy and was cleaner. Very helpful staff and you have to bring your own bags

Wow, I've never been here to the route 40 giant food market. I loved it, I found all I was looking for and more. The cashier lady that cashed my goods where very nice, store was clean and yes I'll be back. I brought two salads 🥗 and I truly enjoyed them. Brought one to work with me and was questioned.. what kind of salad it was.

An overall great store, usu fully stocked and the fruits and veggies are always fresh. Great seafood & deli selections. Though it can get a little congested shopping, the store is always super neat, organized and the employees are always friendly and helpful. Giant brand products have been my go-to for years. Plenty of parking but it does have it's share of traffic on the lot.

Not sure the gentleman's name but he seemed like the manager. He was in the produce section and was very kind and helpful. I would come back here just for the great service. Keep up the good work!

Had a great experience. Got some delicious steamed shrimp for dinner. Customer service was outstanding. Kindness empathy and appreciation. Loved my visit. Food was DELICIOUS!!!!!

I love this pharmacy and all it’s wonderful employees. I moved further away and still drive here because the service is great and being open 24 hours is so helpful. When I leave my doctors office, I can call this pharmacy and they are often able to fill the prescriptions that were just sent by the time I get there.

The employees remember me and I even got a Christmas card from them this year. Surprisingly touching. I need specific manufacturers for some medications and they remember this and order it especially for me. Their service is great even when they are at peak hours and very busy. This will be my pharmacy as long as I live in Maryland.

It's Giant. Still neat. Still clean. Still well-stocked (for a smaller store). Still costs a little more. I find the self checkout a little more difficult than most. However, I can usually find whatever I need when other grocery stores are out.

This Giant location always has everything I need. The store is clean and the staff friendly and helpful

Lots of parking. They always have what I need and it's a great location.

My go to for turkey wings and when I have a sweet tooth the butter rum muffins in bakery are my add on calories🤭.
