Excellent costumer service!! I came in last week, and Zak helped me immensely. He did literally EVERYTHING in his power to help me figure out what worked best for me, in addition to explaining many things that I did not know related to vaping and the differences between different juice types. Never met more professional, personable people anywhere. Very, very friendly and helpful! I was ready to purchase a tank that I thought would work well but they recommended one that was actually a little less expensive and it is exactly what I was looking for. Can't beat that!

Was helped by an associated named Justin. He helped me pick out a perfect mod upgrade that fit my budget, and was extremely informative. Ended up going with the VooPoo DRAG X. Every question I asked, he had a perfect answer. Not too big into fruit juices, so he helped me pick out a well reputable tobacco flavor. He even let me pick out an ?% off ornament off of the stores Christmas tree.

This vape shop is wonderful, and I trust these employees. Have been coming here for years, and many more years to come.

Just left the shop. The guy that helped me out, Brad I believe, was incredibly kind and very helpful. He let me try numerous juices until I found something I loved. The staff is always friendly and curtious, they know their product, and the store is always clean and organized. I've never had an issue that they haven't been able to fix. Overall, great place to get what you need!

I love this vape store! They have so many different brands of juices and devices to choose from. Plus, every time we go in, they always have new ones to try as they re-circulate their stock to get the best inventory possible. The staff never rushes you and gives you great hints to try.

Great shop, guys working there are very personable and friendly. I am pretty new to vaping so I asked quite a few questions and they were happy to answer and enthusiastic to welcome someone new to the experience. As an extra service, I was shown how to build and maintain one of the tanks (RDTA, Dotmod Petri) I purchased from them. The knowledge and product is there definitely and they support the troops!

This vapor shop is one of a kind! It has several quality vape flavors at reasonable prices. Plus, the staff is really helpful in recommending new flavors based on your preference. To top off the deal, the store has a punch card system that allows for a $1 bottle on the 10th bottle.

I had to come on here and rate this place. Not only do they have a great selections of juices, and hardware...but they're all so nice. Warm greeting as I came in, and so laid back. Nobody rushing me, or trying to talk me into something I didn't need. It's a relaxing place to get your vaping stuff.

On everything, this is now my absolute #1 place for EVERYTHING vaping from now on. I live a good 30-40 min away, and I honestly don't even care. THIS is my new vape shop. Period!!! Friendly, knowledgeable staff, and great products.

Great place with a lot of knowledge. Justin informed me on delta 8. I was finally able to get a good night sleep after years of pain from an MVC. Will definitely go back and would recommend.

Zak at Vapor Connection is absolutely my favorite person. He was so helpful and knowledgeable in the juices they carry as well as the mods. He helped me find the perfect flavor for me, considering im such a picky customer. Deff 5/5 stars.

Excellent place! They brought in my favorite juice and now cary the entire line of prohibition. The girl that helped me at the fenton store was really cool and helped me find the best setup for the juice I'm using.

They have quite an amazing selection. Hands down the most impressive vape shop I've ever been in. They have tons of juice and a beautiful selection on atomizers, mods, and accessories. We are talking everything from a new vaper all in one device to a hobbiest vaper looking for their next high end mechanical mod or flavor chasing RDA. The two that helped me out are always welcoming, full of knowledge and are clearly passionate about their job and vaping in general. I live in Kansas City. This shop is worth a 4 hour drive.

Best thing to happen to vaping since socks! Love the people, great atmosphere, stock that always changes, awesome prices, and phenomenal juice selection. If you haven't been here I'd suggest you make the trip
