Public Storage

This is my second time using Public Storage at this location and they do not disappoint. My units were ready on the day I requested. When a unit was no longer needed, the local staff (Sammy) vacated it for me without delay. I appreciate the security and quality of this storage facility. Sammy was particularly helpful in addressing a minor gate access issue that he fixed on the spot. Whenever I need temporary storage, I will rent it here.

I could not do another review so I am editing this one. Prices went up again. Just like everything. I am going to have to most likely give up the unit. Shannon has helped me out . She gave me some wiggle room to figure out my next move.

First time at valley park public storage my first impression very clean and secure and Kiosk very helpful.

This is the best public storage I ever went to Candy was very informative. I was looking for one close and she was accommodating every kind of way I never met a property manager it was so much excitement about renting a storage. it was great thank you. She asked me what my needs are what I was going to be doing and she accommodated me five stars .

I've had a storage for a little over 3 years and everyone I've come in contact with have been great! Andrea is ALWAYS so pleasant and helpful and makes sure things run smoothly whenever I'm at the site visiting!
I really love the way she handles herself when she has a few customers in at the same time! She treats each one of us as if we were the #1 customer above all! Regardless of the number of questions, clarifications, or whatever it is, she takes her time to make sure we understand everything we need to.
Thank you Andrea for your professionalism, kindness and patience! Definitely would recommend this location for anyone seeking to store their precious items!

I had an amazing experience at this location. Both Glen and Andrea did a phenomenal job making sure I was taken care of when I needed to rent a storage space. They were friendly, courteous, professional, and explained the procedure well. Andrea went above and beyond to ensure the checkout process went smoothly. I highly recommend this Public Storage location.

Moving is the worst. But everyone has been so helpful and friendly from the very beginning. Joel was super helpful on moving day, respectful of my time and money; he made it smooth, easy and straightforward. I would highly recommend

Chris made our storage rental experience so easy! He took the time to explain all our rental options and help us make the very best selection for our fit. He is an outstanding employee and we will definitely be using this facility again.

Andrea was there the day I got my storage unit. She was able to get me a bigger unit as the one I had reserved was not going to be big enough. She was also there on the day I closed out of my storage unit. Andrea also did an excellent job on making sure to suggest different products in the office. I ended up getting a couple items as I knew I needed them.

Andrea was there the day my boyfriend and I got our storage unit. She was very informative and helpful. She was able to answer all questions we had. The unit we got was the one we had made reservations for. Andrea called us right away to set up a time to come see the unit.

Cieara was very friendly and helpful. She took the time to ask what I was putting in my unit to make sure I was getting the right size for what I needed to store. The facility was clean and well set up. This is the second time I've rented through this Public Storage and I was even more impressed with the service this time around.

I have been with public storage for a while and it was such a great experience dealing with this company. I felt comfortable keeping my valuable things in a public storage unit. I have just vacated my public storage unit at the valley park location and I called earlier this week to do so and talked with Don he was so nice and helpful. With the great customer service that Don provided for me both on the phone and in person made me feel like I can come back at any time.

Bryan at Public Storage is fabulous! My husband and I moved from a 2,600 sq ft house into a 900 sq ft loft and vastly underestimated how much storage space we needed, and Bryan helped us upgrade our space quickly and easily! Excellent customer service!

The property is immaculate. The staff is always extremely friendly. We have utilized this property three times in the past and the professionalism has always been bar none. We had a minor maintenance issue last month with the facility and it was promptly addressed and resolved/repaired by the area Manager. I highly recommend this facility.

My girlfriend and I needed some assistance with our packaging and Brad was more than helpful in giving us a hand and making sure we had everything we needed. Public storage was such a good experience compared to most facilities! I'd be glad to recommend them to my friends.
