I bought a new phone here today. Chance listened to my needs and showed me the phones meeting my needs. He did an excellent job and the whole process went smoothly. He is very knowledgeable and courteous. I have used this location several times and always have great luck.

Chance, Tyler, and Bailey were amazing!! I needed a new flip phone for my elderly father, and they walked me through the whole process with EXCELLENT customer service! Very comfortable office, it almost felt like they were my friends that I have known forever!! They were very quick and very efficient and knowledgeable! I did not feel rushed or like I was a bother! Chance was very helpful and made the process of switching from from AT&T very easy. Had us out in less than 20 minutes.

I had a problem with my off-brand android tablet. It wasn't recognizing the sim card and couldn't connect with the internet. The guys in the store put on their diagnostic hats to figure out the problem.

A new card and updating the APN settings did the trick.

Knowledgeable and very helpful staff and the store was clean and the displays were well stocked and organized. I was in last Saturday to check out my wireless options for a new phone and plan. Dana was so helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all of my questions and made my visit enjoyable. When I'm ready to pick a new plan, I'll definitely come back to this store.

After leaving the Bolivar store due to being treated like trash . I visited this store on n. Glenstone , I was welcomed with open arms the manger of this store rocks she had all the items I was looking for and then some , they had all 3 of my lines upgraded and on in less than a hour . I was treated with the utmost respect dignity and actually treated like a human being. I can't give this store more stars or I would . Thank you for all you do every day

Dana plough that works here is terrific.. she was super helpful.. very sweet. Just great customer service all around.. every other store I went were completely unhelpful... She helped me without hesitation and she actually new what she was doing unlike other stores

Anthony was so helpful. Trying to get me the most for my money and help me get set up with them. Have also revisited since and he was just as helpful. My only with was the service but I have not had any problems at all.

This store has a new manager, Dana, and she is great! Store was well kept and smelled amazing. One of the nicest brick and mortar Ive been to in a while. I would highly recommend this store for the best service in town!!

Cricket is the best! Hands down, I can't understand why anyone even pays for a contract carrier anymore. Truly unlimited for dirt cheap, and they offer great phones. Employees have always been the best, saving us $$ time and time again. Never a problem with service or billing. Anthony is the man. Got me hooked up with Cricket over 2 years ago, & I haven't looked back. I pay $114 dollars a month for 4 unlimited lines with premium phones, which includes insurance for all but one of them, & that never changes. It's the exact same amount every month, no matter how much data my family chews through. Can't say enough good things about Cricket Wireless.

Shiloh was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. I got two of the Motorola E5 Supras and they are fantastic phones! If you're looking for a new carrier, Cricket is the way to go, and the North glenstone location is excellent!
