They opened 10am best shopping time. We’re looking for Basketball shoes. Prices aren’t expensive. Pretty much good quality and value shoe’s selections. Couple weeks ago we bought hiking shoes for my teenagers. They loved it.

Great service! Tyler went out of his way to help me. Answer all my questions and then help me carry some large items out to the car without skipping a beat. Old-school good customer service. I miss this.

This store has a great selection and also the prices are very good for Quality merchandise nice people too

The manager at Big 5, I think Brad was his name was extremely helpful last Sunday 5/21/23 in assisting my grandsons to get their basketball hoop equipment together! We literally drove the unit to the store twice and he was so kind and made us feel valued. He helped put the board together using his tools. Needless to say the boys got home and put the rest together. Thank you for having such a valued employee represent your store….

Staff was super accommodating “ emergency pads for volleyball “ waited outside for the store to open the crew open the door and welcome and told them what I needed. They pointed me in the right direction I was in and out and made the first game. Amazing. Thank you.

This store had excellent customer service!
3 people had called in sick, it was 2 days before Christmas and shift change. Both registers had at least 5 customers.
Every area I went to or needed assistance in had a cheerful, knowledgeable associate on hand. Kirsten assisted me with sunglasses while double tasking on an ammunition sale.
When I was ready to check out there she was at the register, still smiling and upbeat despite what was a very busy day. Whoever the manager is he should be proud of this crew. Outstanding service. Thank you all so much🤗

*Super fast and friendly no hassle exchange when I went to get the size shoe I actually needed for my son not the size he was growing out of! I was in and out in 5 min or less!

We were very impressed with the suggestions and help given in the shoe dept. by Dakota! He helped us try on many shoes we thought would be good but the suggestion he made was, by far, the best solution for my husband's foot issues. He knew when to help and when to give us space. Really appreciated his help!

I just called there. My husband and I are visiting Vancouver from Portland so we could take our eight-year-old granddaughter swimming at a hotel. We had forgotten her snorkeling mask. I called and spoke with a very nice gentleman. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name. He was awesome he put me on hold and went and looked. Unfortunately there weren’t any in stock he directed me to a location that might have them. I’ve been in customer service for over 25 years. It’s a tough business. I really appreciate how awesome he was. A lot of times when you call the store and ask for an item they put you on hold and never come back. I don’t mean this store I just mean any random store. Knowledgeable staff and decently priced, a great location for all sorts of outdoor (and maybe indoor if you're brave) stuff. From boating to soccer, there's a tonne of things you could find in this store. Basketball or running Shoes, fishing poles, hunting knives, life jackets/vests, water sandals... You get the idea. They have a little bit of everything. The store is clean, and the store is easy to get to right across from the fishers landing police station. The entrance is off the side street (155th) on mill plain, not on mill plain itself, which makes access to the store easy. There is a left turn signal at that light as well, so if you're getting there at a busy time for traffic, you can come from either direction on mill plain with ease. Great place, highly recommend!!

Mary Ann @ the Hazel Dell store has helped my family with shoe purchases 2 times in the last month. BOTH times she went above and beyond to help us get the shoes we wanted. She is honest and helpful. BOTH times she was available and on the floor when we came to the store while other employees were in the back. She is my idea of Good Customer Service. Thank you Mary Ann !

I went in looking for a carrying case for a muzzle loader. While they didn't have what I was looking for, the sales associate offered and did call their store in Hazel Dell which also didn't have what I wanted. Plenty of available parking, store is clean, well lit and merchandise presentation makes it easy to shop.

I went in to find a specific pair of shoes and although they did not have my size for that specific style in stock the associate that help me I called around to see if anybody else had my style in stock. They were very friendly and helpful

I have shopped Big 5 for 20 year's. The staff is very attentive at this location. Lowest cost and best water toy selections. Better quality for the same price than Walmart for sure.

The gentleman working in shoes, I believe his name was Tyler, was very helpful and took great care of me and helping me figure out what I needed. I’ll be back for sure!

Good service. I was there to get a fishing license. Process took less than ten minutes. Bought a couple of items to fill my tackle box.

Tyler helped me out with some indoor soccer shoes. He was incredibly helpful and patient when I was being picky... That guy deserves a raise! Patience is a dying thing these days and I greatly appreciate his. He was helping a few people at once, all with different needs, and handled it excellently. Thank you, Tyler!
