I’ve purchased various items at I’Deals outlet thru the years and always had a great experience! Huge selection to choose from. Mario is always very helpful and willing to negotiate on pricing. He helped me out with loading a file cabinet into my car and when it wouldn’t fit, he actually offered to deliver it my home for me. Talk about customer service!!! Highly recommend this place!!

Mario is a great guy and he has alot of very nice second hand furniture for all tastes. We've been going to see what he has every few months and we always find something.

Very good experience. If you're in need of some pretty good quality used furniture at a good price I wouldn't hesitate to go here. It may be a little outdated but that also.means it's better quality than the garbage made these days.
It is what it is.....used furniture at reasonable prices. And to say anything else would be misleading. (some folks just like to bash and should be quiet)
Poor reviews on this place aren't justified in my humble opinion.

My family and I are very happy! We went in just looking for a couch and we found two we liked got them home and one won’t not fit inside! The owner Mario was so awesome he picked it up offered our money back, we exchanged it instead and he delivered it free of charge the second time. I am very happy to have this place in my life now 😊

I have worked with Ideals multiple times over the past 5 years, each experience has been pleasant and professional. As long as you are realistic with what your used furniture is worth you will not be disappointed.

Nice selection of furniture good customer service

my second time in the store tonight. bought a desk for a bargain a year ago and refinished it. tonight, found a bureau i am going to turn into a vessel sink vanity. mario, the owner, is super nice. let me take the bureau for $30 (I didn't see anything in the store priced that low, but the bureau did not have a tag) and loaded it into my car for me! the store has a LOT of stuff and requires patience to sort through, but is well worth it! i will be back for another bureau for another vessel sink vanity if this project goes as planned :)
