Wanted an upgrade and they got right to it. Love this store! John T. did a great job at answering all my questions and he’s very professional. He only works Tue. at this location so be sure to catch him! Wednesday people are great too I was just in there but I already forgot the names🥲 but I seriously recommend this location for all your Upgrade needs.

Got the new iPhone 14 Pro Max in today, couldn’t get it to sync with my old one so took it in for help. Katy, Nate and Stacy were extremely helpful and spent the hour and a half with me getting it working. Just wanted to give a shout out to them for all their help, these three associates are top notch!!! Again, thank y’all for your help!

Love This Place And The Great Vibes..So Helpfully I Was A T-Mobile Customer And They Helped Me With My Problems. Went looking to see a phone up close. Terrance was very helpful and knowledgeable as to what I was looking for and went above and beyond to make sure he answered my questions. Highly recommend anyone looking for a phone to see him!

Here's a copy of the letter I wrote Allison, who works at this Verizon store. I think my letter tells you why I wish this store was closer to where I live:

I am so embarrassed that it has taken me this long to get back with you. The day I saw you in the Verizon store, I had just buried both my parents. I was so anxious, wanting to preserve the last memories I had of their lives. I cannot put into words how you helping me helped me at such a vulnerable time. I know you deal with all sorts of issues every day, from your regular customers. I was just there in Alabama for my parent’s funeral services and you came to my rescue. It’s been so long ago, almost a year, I’m sure you don’t remember the specifics. I had two videos, and I was trying to save them to storage, just to make sure I had a backup copy, and I was having so much trouble. We were so fortunate to have entered your store. You took my phone and in a matter of a few minutes, had everything backed up and organized. I was able to put one issue aside, knowing I had duplicate copies of something so important to me.

I don’t know who you work for or anything about the organization of your store, but would you mind taking my email and sharing with those you work with, especially anyone in a position of authority? I want them to know what you did to help me at a time when I really, really needed help.

We talked with our representative and promotions had changed since she had went on vacation, however she found us a new amazing deal better than the last one we just had to wait for her to order the phones! Today we swapped over from straight talk and have new phones that have better service and faster data! She was able to transfer everything from our old phones and ordered us cases since they were out of stock! It was a smooth transaction. And everyone in the store seemed to get along so well and worked together it was a breath of fresh air!!

I have been using this Verizon store for several years now. I always try and go in and have Stacy to help me anytime she's working. She is always so very helpful and very knowledgeable about the products and what would be best for the customer. Verizon would be crazy to get rid of her she is always fun to be around and makes it easy to go in and deal with.

Stacy was awesome! She answered all the questions we had about purchasing new phones and made the process very easy. Best experience we have ever had purchasing new phones period. I was here a few weeks ago to purchase 2 phones for my business and the customer service was phenomenal! I have AT&T for my personal line but after working with Allison for these business accounts I will be switching to Verizon at the beginning of the year. She was friendly and knowledgeable and made the whole process easy. Definitely gained a return customer for both my business and personal wireless service 🙂

Awesome experience we normally shop at BestBuy but it had shut down so we come straight to this location to get new phones. We came in today to get new phones because we lost one. Our sales rep was beyond helpful and gracious and was so sweet to help get our new phones logged all the way in! She was so patient! We can’t say enough!

I have never enjoyed coming to this store. However, today I met Amy. She is beyond professional, extremely helpful and solved my problems. Thanks to her patience and her determination to fix my old phone, which she did, I chose to also buy a new phone. If anybody gets raises or bonuses this lady truly deserves one. We couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience today with Stacy Allison. We were dreading the task of merging our accounts and moving everything to new phones but Stacy made it such a smooth and easy process. She went out of her way to back up my iPhone to the cloud and call AT&T to cancel additional services on my husband’s previous plan. Last phone I purchased, was the best phone I have ever used, wouldn't have gotten it, but it was recommended by my sales representative. The latest updated caused the phone to malfunction right before my upgrade. Just received my upgraded phone and it was painless. This phone was recommended by the same sales representative, so I'm very certain it will be as good or better than the last phone. Great service and my representative actually remembered who I was. The service at Gardendale Verizon, was very pleasant with a warm welcoming. The service attendants' met us at the door, not in desperation, but a fill come on in welcome home. Their attitudes was amazing, our thoughts and our needs was well met, with us being top priority not trying too sell us an overkill plan. Their hospitality sold my wife and I, above and beyond anything else period. Thank you so much for a phenomenal experience and a successful experience with such a great staff. Great experience the sales rep told us about the deals and specials they had and which phone would be best for our experience. Loved when I see and experience team work one of the other reps was leaving for the day but he stayed and helped his coworker process our order so we could get done faster.

Friday I went to Verizon-Cellular Sales to purchase a new iPhone for my mother. She is retired and had been putting this purchase off for a while. My customer service rep, Stacy, was very helpful. She answered all the questions my brother and I had. We surprised mom with an early Mother's Day Gift and she loves her new iPhone! Very pleased with the service I received at the Gardendale store! This makes 3 times Stacy has helped my with phones for my family and I'm so thankful for her help!

I came in with a problem. It was difficult but the assistant from Mike was excellent and professional. I felt that my experience was memorable from perspective that I am old and have low skill level but was placed at ease with clam demeanor. I recommend highly the help I received and manner given.

The employees here are amazing! I am not great with technology, but they helped me feel very comfortable with my New phone purchase. They even went out to my car to set up my Bluetooth. I was extremely pleased with the service I received and will be back to purchase items from this store in the future.

The sales guy that helped me was named Danny. I came over from t mobile because of all the Customer service issues I had. He took great care of me and really helped me set up the best solution for my 10yr old daughter and me. If you are in the market ask for Danny, he is outstanding!
