AT&T Store

We had to add an extra line to our plan. We went in to the Gardendale Al. Store and we meet a sweet very helpful young lady by the name of Shan. She was the best. Thanks AT&T for employing the best.

Kevin was awesome. Did a great Job. He gets the highest rating for answering questions. Explaining all questions we had about function. I would highly recommend him to take care of any patrons. We will be back to see him. Phil and Tammy Hodges

I was skeptical when I first got there, but Shan greeted us and was courteous and listened to my concerns about service where I live. She and her manager were very helpful in setting up service for both of us. Great experience and great service at home now. Yea!

The store associate and assistant manager are very helpful and patient to answer all my questions. Every time I come in they give great service and usually help me save money. “Have you thought about this…” they often say and frequently I wasn’t even aware of what they brought up. Love this store and recommend it to my friends and family!

I hate dealing with cell companies. The "automated" customer service lines give you the run around and when you finally reach a human, they hang up on you or tell you to go to a store. Well - I did that and spoke with Candy...the customer service line did the same thing to her.TWICE!!..but Candy wasn't having that and got her coworker to assist with a double attack. Candy was persistent and went around the quagmire they have for customers and went to actual people who don't read from scripts and got me fixed up. The company has horrible customer service, but it's not the people who work in the stores fault - if anything they are one of the only humans you will see and talk to - and thankfully they have these guys. Candy and her co-workers at least care and will try to get you right.

Kevin Ray was a breath of fresh air in a world that has lost the art of genuine customer service. Thank you AT&T for hiring such a gem. He helped me get into my new phone and put me at ease. Anyone that’s in the market for services here should ask for him.
