T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I went in to the Fieldstown store on 3/5/24 to switch over my phone that I received from T-Mobile. Rowdy was awesome. I brought in my case and screen protector that I intended to put on myself after switching phones but without any hesitation he put then on for me. It took about 45 minutes to transfer my information over. I thought I'd just be sitting there but as long as he didn't have another customer he talked to me about different products & things in Gardendale that helped the time go by quickly. I would definitely recommend this T-Mobile.

I visited the Gardendale store on 12/11/22 and was assisted by Nessa, (Vanessa.) I wanted to switch providers and hoped to keep my current number. When I say she delivered STELLAR customer service I am understating our interaction. She was courteous, informative, patient, and responsive to my questions and concerns. I am so thankful that she took the time to "care" instead of "handle" me as her customer and over delivered in superb customer service. She is an asset to your organization!

i went in with my grandpa, he was switching from tmobile to metro and we got so lucky to get Shelby, she was honestly the best! she helped us in store and then when we got to metro and was having problems i called and asked for Shelby and she helped us with everything we needed at metro! i would definitely recommend working with Shelby when you go!

Sunshine and Joe was so awesome!! I went in to get my kids phones upgraded and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They made suggestions they thought would be beneficial and made absolute sure the phones were completely set up and working before we left. They shared personal experiences and other reviews about the products we purchased. Thank you guys for not rushing us out the store because it was time to close. you both made sure everything was as it should be!

Major phone problems sent us to T-Mobile in Gardendale. Thank goodness we went to that location! Levi was outstanding & solved our "major" problems in minutes! Best cell phone store experience EVER!

All of the experts were fabulous! Dominique, Candice, Kendrick and Adam all helped me to get my new phone and to get my info transferred from my old phone. Adam even took time to help me create a Dropbox acct when some of my apps wouldn't open on my new phone. He took his time and fixed it so that I had no problems when I left the store. Candice took time to answer all of my questions about my new phone and products that I wanted for it and my daughter's phone (which I bought because all of the items were on sale). Dominique kept me laughing while she was setting up my phone! She was very pleasant. She let me know exactly what to expect and how long my wait time was and Kendrick finalized everything and made sure I had all that I needed for my new phone AND MORE! They were super friendly and worked together like a well-oiled machine. Because of my great experience, the Gardendale location is now my new go-to store!

The manager was incredibly helpful when I needed to switch over my service! She did everything with a smile on her face! Everyone was professional and friendly.

We went in to get new phones for my daughter's. The young girls that were work on Jan 1 2021. Was extremely helpful. We had a lot of fixing to my account. Thanks lady's yall rock

Kyle Rashad is an amazing Mobile Expert. He's also cute but his customer service and ability to find exactly what you are looking for and staying within your budget is awesome.

Very courteous and friendly staff. Answers my multitude of questions. They were very thorough in their explainations and gave me several options to my possible purchase.

This is the only T-Mobile location I have been too, but the staff here are incredibly helpful and can answer any question you may have.
