Went to Lowes on 2/12/2024. I had several items to get from the Grove Barton store. One of the items was a ceiling fan. As I was looking for my item, I got help from Clayton. I dont think he was in that department. He found the ceiling fan I wanted and put it in my cart. As I was getting ready to leave the department, I spotted another ceiling fan that was more what I wanted and asked Clayton to remove the fan out of my cart and find and place the new one in the cart. He did it with a smile. Great customer service from him!

Wonderful experience with Niesha and her work mate in Lawn and Garden. Her expertise and helpfulness made for an enjoyable trip to Lowes. Thank you again.

This was my first time stopping at this Lowe’s and I was impressed with how helpful everyone was. I needed a few spray paints that showed was in stock, however was not on the shelf. The man that was working in that area went above and beyond to find it as it wasn’t in the normal section.

Great store in west raleigh located right near raleigh grande. Come here for all of our house repair needs. Plus it the nearest thing any way. With summer ending fall coming halloween items are in full gear. Will say this sector of business is some thing amazon has not been able to make in roads to. Have expanded the home appliance section with sears waitin to go kaput. Will only say 2 improvements needed more employeez on floor to help customers out with questions and not just on weekends cause weekdays its one employee covering like 3 sections. Second is expand checkout line or invest is self checkout. But overall its still a great shop 2 go 2.

Being the top screen porch company in the Raleigh area (Pro-Built Construction) and "the one of the most demanding customers" at Lowe's. I need my wood to be the absolute best quality, the hardware and tools to be there and the service to be quick and painless! they do a great job at this location!

This store has the best people! When I purchased Levolor inMotion blinds the entire experience from buying to installation was so easy. We have loved these blinds. Thank you Lowes!

This Lowes location is stocked, the Garden Center has the best flowers and the staff is helpful. Due to the pandemic, most businesses are struggling due to lack of staff. You can see that impact in Columbia too. My favorite Lowes in RDU area.

If you have a painting project, I highly recommend talking with Chris Cooper their paint expert. He is friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. Lowe’s Grove Barton is now my first choice for my painting needs.

Chris came from the flooring area to help measure my old blinds and cut the new ones! He gave us outstanding customer service and went above and beyond to help!

Dacarde helped me find the mouse traps and went above and beyond to show me the isle and what would work best for my predicament.

Carlos helped me the other day and was great; he helped in two areas. Lord knows there have been many issues with this store. This last experience was very nice.

Taneka in Customer Service is delightful each time I walk in, and those have been many due to redoing my kitchen. Whether for returns, recovering my lost phone or just questions, she's simply great. She's been very patient and kind with me. Her smile is contagious and I look for her each time now. Her upbeat attitude and patience make me smile and encourages me to want to do better myself. A day without a Taneka smile is like a day without sunshine!

C-jay near plumbing deportment was a great help with finding the right sink , he was informative patient and even help us find one in budget !! Thanks again man

Very friendly and knowledgeable sales associates. Went there to compare two similar products (socket sets), and the salesman was able to point out the differences between the two sets. I ended up buying the slightly more expensive set as my gift to a family member. I left the store happy with my purchase. Thanks, Lowe's!

This review really goes to Wicked Links food truck that's always in front of this store. I visit this food cart infrequently but the guy who runs it is ALWAYS friendly and happy. Additionally, the hot dogs and spicy beef sausage is delicious! The buns are potato buns and steamed. Super good!!

If I even thought I had a question, someone was there! If I couldn’t find something, someone appeared outta nowhere!!
All of the employees were very attentive and were willing and ready to help when they were needed!
I also found some amazing artwork on sale for $6.97!!! I purchased them for our rental property!

Great experience at Lowe's, always has been for me. Spoke to knowledgeable staff for help and was able to find just what I needed. Oh, and if you get a chance, stop by the Wicked Links hot dog cart out front; you won't regret it! Yum!

Loves lowes, ALWAYS have what i need at this location, was able to do my whole grill deck from lowes, even the grill and the gas tanks came from lowes
