I had the pleasure of dealing with the staff at the Lexington location on two separate visits. They were incredibly helpful prior to a knee surgery and worked closely with me on how to deal with my mobility issues after surgery. They followed up and gave me a lot of information. They also assisted me with a walker modification during my recovery. They are fantastic! I highly recommend them.

It was a great experience. The young man was very knowledgeable and professional. He put it all together and showed me how to use it. He gave me the welcome booklet Thank you for helping my husband come home tomorrow. Grateful, John & Francesca Foster.

Family medical is awesome but because they are a subsidy/owned by Adapth Health unfortunately they are not great. Because of a payment of $8.16 that resulted from having my debit card canceled (due to a fraud alert from the bank) they wouldn't bring me oxygen or fix my concentrator and I had to beg friends and family to share the oxygen tanks that they had
So my life actually is only worth $8.16 when it comes to trying to get my machine fixed. I will be talking to more people about this situation. But family medical is one on one a good experience.

Monique Robinson was very professional, courteous, friendly, easy to ask questions, explained equipment very well when delivering mom’s wheelchair and hospital bed. I wish there were more people like her today in the workforce.

I was able to secure an appointment to meet with a technician within a few days of my calling, and was seen on time. Everything was carefully explained to me and I was able to get all of my questions answered.

Our service technician was the nicest and fully professional and knowledgeable. Service was given to us within 1 hour from first and only call, just FANTASTIC Service and it was Saturday. Thank you all again.

The technician was thorough and explaining how to use the machine, how to set up your gear and what not to do. She even offered to help you set up your app if you need it. I recommend family medical supply to anyone who is needing a CPAP machine.
