Nice place, big, clean, clean restrooms, decent selections for your convenience needs. Gas is occasionally cheaper here than most other places between there and inner Conway. Easy to get in and out of multiple driveways.

Clean bathrooms, clean store. Have never had a problem with anyone and cashiers always nice.

Mary Ann is a horrible store manager. She laughed at me the other day for using quarters for a 8 dollar purchase then told the cashier I couldn't use change in her store. Tried to go in today only to hear her shouting at the delivery guy and watching every step I made. I decided not to get something walked by in and she was making the cashier list everything I had purchased. I asked if I did something she just ignored it. This lady should not be around anyone especially people (customers) paying her salary. Disgusting and very unprofessional

I needed fuel and chose an Exxon as it was easy access. I've never been to one of these stores. So I am trying to pump gas and it took a little over 5 minutes to get 5 gallons of gas. Well, given my truck needed twenty at least, I had no intention of waiting 20+ minutes for fuel. The pumps crawled.

The I need to use the restroom. In my opinion, the parking lot, store and restrooms were disgusting. I didn't want to touch anything. I'm really surprised Exxon tolerates this kind of retailer

Girl couldn’t even get off the phone long enough to interact with me as a customer! 11:25am 11-4-22 check your cameras. The $200 I spent in diesel will be used somewhere else from this moment forward.

Mollee is the rudest clerk I think I've ever met. Nothing but attitude. No hello, no have a nice day, nothing. She rung up my several items and, in a way threw them down on the counter after she scanned them. She didn't even offer if I needed a bag. Absoutley the WORST person for customer service. I used to go to this store a lot. I don't intend to go back until she's fired. Horrible service. Horrible person.

This place is an absolute joke. Rude assistant manager refused to change the price on a starbucks beverage that they had labeled for $2.49 on the cooler. It rung up as $3.19 and she refused to correct the price, and then she would'nt take down the sign, or address the false advistise price. She then offered no apologize or anything to rectify the situation. I will never stop there again for gas or food. She should be fired with that kind of a attuitde.

Was literally harassed out of the store by the short fat manager and the rough looking woman behind the counter because I asked for my id back after they said if it wouldn't scan they can't take it (said it wouldn't) they still held my id. Weren't going Becauseti give it back either until I got rude back. apparently at this Scotchman you don't have to know how to read or count to work here. The people here are always rude. Which I see why when you have a manager like they do. Unclean, most products are way over priced. Gas is horrible quality. Definitely wouldn't recommend this store.

So sad that our country has come to picking anyone to work, lady at front was super disrespectful towards me and doesn’t deserve a customer service job

There are always 4 or 5 people standing around behind the counter at this store and they never open a second register. Today, the clerk's obvious friends hung out and chatted and took forever purposely to choose a cigarette lighter from the counter display while others waited behind them. I will not be stopping there again even though it's a convenient location for me.

Car broke down manager pulled up hot and rude. Told us we were blocking her personal parking spot. Apologize but she got hostile anyway. She grumbled at us and was able to get in her spit. No apology very rude

They need to fix the GIANT pothole at the 501 entrance. You can't see it after a rain and it's full of water. My car dropped and slammed down so dramatically that people turned around to look. Now my seatbelt light is flashing. They might be getting an auto repair bill from me.

No employees were wearing masks, per city ordinance, no customers were wearing masks per city ordinance. This store is actively attempting to spread an infectious disease and purposefully breaking city laws

My little sister went in with me and she is 12 years old and the lady at the counter. Wanted my little sisters of and would not sell me my cigarettes
