Large, very clean supermarket. Nice variety of produce with good quality. Shopping is made easier with name brands as well as their own brand of items throughout the store. The staff are all very helpful and couldn't be nicer! I haven't had my groceries bagged for me in years. It's a wonderful change from shopping at home in New York! I wish we had you on Long Island!! You are making me want to move. 😊

I love this store, especially the pharmacy. The pharmacy employs people who actually care. How refreshing after dealing with the top two leading pharmacies who act like they could care less that you are there. The store is clean and has decent sales. I don't like the digital coupons, but they will help with those if need be.

Beautiful grocery store, big and clean. Plenty of cashiers open. HOT Food bar looks Fresh. Sushi bar was delicious. Management and staff were kind.

Love this store because it's always clean, fresh and well organized and stocked. I find early morning is best time to go around 8 am. Pharmacy opens at 9am. Find great unexpected sales almost every time I go. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location off 501 Myrtle Beach.

After 20 years of using retail drug store chains this Kroger is AMAZING they are the best staff and prices

This is such a great grocery store with five star staff and even customers. Every time I shop here everyone I encounter is so polite. I even accidentally left my purse in a cart outside (that had money and my iPhone in it) a few months a go and when I realized and came back to get it, someone had found it and turned it into customer service.

Clean store. Very organized absolutely loved the stickers on the tags that indicated “wic products”, “organic” etc! It’s always a challenge trying to make sure that everything is being properly chosen and have to get to the checkout and figure out what’s not covered! Thank you staff. Highly recommend

I ordered a sandwich tray to pick up on 2/14, when we got to the deli to pick up the order, I was told I ordered it for a 2/14 pickup, but they had it ready for me then. I had called to tell them I was running late for my 5 o'clock pickup, out of that they determined I had meant to order it for 2/13. I checked my confirmation and they were absolutely correct. I was so thankful for their insight. The cookie tray was ready also, and all the food has been wonderful for our Superbowl party. BTW, the store is gorgeous and all the associates were friendly and helpful.

Jon, he works mornings. He is so kind and such a sweet professional. Always smiling with greeting everyone around.

James is a good fella too. He is always willing to help. Love seeing my favorites.

Recently moved to the area and I was very impressed with the overall quality of everything in the store. Prices are extremely reasonable, the hot food bar doesn't look like it has food that's been sitting under a hot lamp all day, fresh produce, meats, seafood, and a wonderful floral department as well.

I love this Kroger location! The staff are always kind and very helpful. Manager Mark is very personable and engaging. Store is clean and well stocked. There are three things I wish they would change. Make all shelves lower. Elderly and people shorter than 5'10 can't reach the top shelf. Second, they would stock their store brand liquid coffee creamer on a shelf that's not on the bottom. When you get on your knees to have to reach in to get it and TRY and get back up it's painful to both your lower back and knees! And third, redo the bathroom stall doors so people passing by when someone opens the main door to go in the restroom doesn't make eye contact with someone in one of the stalls because the gaps are huge.
I love the gas points! I haven't paid close to $2.00 for a gallon of gas in years. Matter of fact, just filled up last week paid .57 cents a gallon after my gas points were applied! They always have good sales. And the Starbucks employees are friendly and make the best Iced Coffee's and Iced Guava Lemonade blended!!!!

Idky we can't have a kroger in conway....everything about this place is like heaven. Fresh produce, always have my kids cereal. Omg even their shopping carts are like the rolls royce of carts, food lion and Walmart have carts that are like Plymouth dusters. It's just nice buying fruit that doesn't already have mold on it...

On Friday I went to Kroger, after making a list from their flyer. I first went to the pharmacy where I wanted to try their Simple Truth organic vitamin C. An employee in the vitamin aisle told me to look in the aisle behind me. I looked everywhere and couldn’t find it...I went back to her and she said, well maybe it’s in aisle 2. So I went to look in aisle 2. I couldn’t find it...so I thought I’d get my other things on the list. My 93 old mother was in the car waiting for me. So eventually I went back to look again in aisle 2. An employee was there...her name was Jen, from the Deli. She was so sweet, she told me she would help me. She looked on her phone to show me a picture of it, and then helped me, this was a sale item, so she went back to the pharmacy to check there....I asked her if she wouldn’t mind, I had to get a couple more items. She said fine. I went back to find her and she showed me where to find them and they were out of them. She went over and beyond to help me, she saw how frustrated I was . Then, I thought, she must have been on her break. I hope my problem didn’t cause her to lose her full time. She is an outstanding employee!!! I really appreciated her help. Faith at the register was pleasant as well.

I was in a bind and needed flowers for my wedding. Due to the virus no one was carrying the color of flowers that I needed. I stopped by Kroger on Renee Drive to check out their selection and I was absolutely blown away at the many different options they have. After stopping in to see Teresa and discussing our colors, I left it up to her to pick out and create beautiful bouquets and boutonnieres. My only request was that she added yellow roses. When she sent me pictures of three bouquets for three mothers, the maid of honor, my bouquet and the three boutonnieres, I could not help but smile from ear to ear! She did a magnificent job and it was even more beautiful than I could ever have imagined! I would go here 1 million times over for any special occasion. I would also recommend it to anyone that is in need or just desires a beautiful bouquet or flowers for any reason. Teresa is definitely one that Not only listens to your needs and desires, but will Creatively and beautifully create bouquets you could not even imagine! (All at an insanely reasonable price as well!!!!)

The staff is always very helpful, especially because I'm short and trying to reach some of the Gatorade on the top shelf that got pushed to the very back is impossible to reach. My only issue is that somewhere in aisle 1 (natural items) and 2 (bread) there is a how awful high pitched squealing sound every time I go in. I can't tell if it's the freezers in the natural aisle or if it's a speaker, but it's honestly so bad I avoid even going near them anymore because it causes me such bad headaches.

We're here on vacation. So we ordered our groceries via Instacart, and picked them up.
There were about six missing items from our grocery list.
I opted to go in and Shop for replacement items. The employees were very friendly and helpful, and made my shopping easier. The only downside was a lack of grocery items that were wiped out, or they couldn't restock.
I believe it's due to COVID-19, and only temporary. I'd recommend to anyone to go ahead and Shop here with confidence.
