I came looking for running shoes feeling overwhelmed with all the choices online so I wanted to get some expertise with where to start. Jennifer brought just that. She walked me through everything. She was thorough in her explanation of my feet metrics and just the same when she brought out the different recommendations. I ended up finding a pair of shoes that I love and now I’m totally hooked on the socks she recommended! I walked out a very happy customer. I would absolutely recommend.

Great customer service. The rep knew what she was doing, I did not feel any pressure to buy anything, but I did walk away with a great pair of running shoes that fit my needs. They also have a generous return policy.

We had a great experience finding shoes with Paige! I went in for a pair of running shoes and she found me the perfect fit. My husband was thinking about it, too but hadn’t committed to getting anything. After seeing how easy it was he went back and bought a pair from her right after I got mine. We were impressed with her knowledge of the products and brands which helped us to easily find a shoe that was right for us.

This is a great place to go if you need advice on shoes that are perfect for your feet. They're able to scan your feet and tell you the exact size, shape, arch, instep and more in order to pick the right insoles or shoes that you might need. They were very friendly and helpful and not pushy. They have a lot of other products there like clothing and anything you would need for hiking and running. Great store. Great staff.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Stopped by for running shoes and they had some great recommendations based on specific details tailored to me. Tried on many different models, had all my questions answered, and an all around wonderful shopping experience. I learned so much from them about the type of shoes I need to shop for that fit my needs. Definitely worth a visit and highly recommended for anyone looking for a new pair of shoes!

Paige was amazing. I came in for a very specific shoe but left with a different one because she took the time to get to know me and what I needed. I was in your store all of 15 minutes, which was fantastic for me - I'm an in and out kind of shopper. But I felt that every question I had was answered and answered well. I think my salesperson's name was Mariia. It was a pleasure working with her as she really knows her stuff. She used the 3-D scanner on my feet, and did an excellent job of explaining the results. She sold me the perfect fit for my feet.

We had the most calm, patient, friendly and helpful employee help us today. I brought my rambunctious nephew and niece in for shoe fittings. They are growing quickly and my nephew’s doctor said he needed better arch support. Fleet feet used their specialized machine to create a model of my niece and my nephew’s feet and individually chose shoe options that would fit each of them. They were both super excited at how great their new shoes felt and performed. I had come in earlier to find shoes after breaking a toe. They helped me find a wide toe box, my niece a narrower shoe and my nephew a “fast” shoe that provided good arch support. They really spend a lot of time and provide individualized attention. This is my second time buying quality shoes. Both experiences at Fleet Feet Vancouver WA have been above and beyond. They are high level guides through the vast, intricate, and possibly emotional world of running shoes. Sara took care of me this time. We tried maybe a dozen shoes and she was calm, encouraging, communicative, knowledgeable, and seemed genuinely invested in wanting me to find the perfect shoe for my situation. This was my first time on the foot scanner. I appreciate that the image was emailed to me. Sara also helped me find some extras, I asked about socks and something that could carry my phone. At checkout I was using some visa gift cards that confused the machine and other employees were friendly and stepped in to get it sorted. Everyone there seems kind and patient with the customers and each other. THANK YOU Sara and Fleet Feet!!

FIRST VISIT: Paige provided the best service. She was knowledgeable and sympathetic. We ended up trying and comparing probably 9 pairs of shoes and 2 insoles. I am not experienced and she made me comfortable expressing what I felt in each shoe. I am happy with my purchase and excited to start running!

Yay... we got our feet and walking gait scanned today. My wife was getting new running shoes and while were there, my son & I took advantage of the service the store offers. Afterwards, we then got a free consultation about how we walk and step in our everyday low-stress (walking) gait.

In that conversation and with the "Fleet Feet" consultant/specialist, Sara, my son mentioned that sometimes his arch feels "stretched". Being that he has a high arch, she mentioned that he may be prone to plantar fasciitis. She said that not is really needed right now, as there is no sign of any chronic — or even acute — pain, however, if caught early, plantar fasciitis can largely be prevented by a simple, properly fitted insert. This is less like a chiropractor directed insert (e.g. a medical style), and more like a Dr. Scholls-style insert that replaces the insert that comes with the shoes. I got some for my shoes, but my son held off.

It was clear that Sara was focused on helping us and was not simply trying to sell us anything.

Surprisingly, my son & I have very different gaits and he has a significant arch, whereas, I have very flat feet (virtually no arch at all). I got some and my feet & walk feel really natural and good.

Sara was AWESOME!! She set out three to step into and I chose the most comfortable. She did the same with my son, but he opted to not have them yet.

I cannot say enough great things about Sara. Her style was helpful, caring, accommodating and perfect for my neurodivergent son. THANK YOU, SARA!!

Fleet Feet is far and away the absolute best service, best variety, best prices, ridiculously great return policy, of any place I have ever been in my entire life.
I seriously cannot state highly enough how over and above and outstanding this place is.
If you need running shoes, or even if you don't, you really should come here! They offer a 3D scanning service, and have you walk on a pressure plate to analyze your gait, and make outstanding recommendations based on your specific anatomy. I'm on my fourth pair of shoes, not through any fault of the shop's, but because of my particularly weird anatomy. With every visit, everybody is ridiculously helpful, amazingly friendly, and provides unparalleled service.

The person who waited on my wife and I was engaging and nice and genuinely cared about helping us make the right choices. We discussed upcoming runs and I just liked him. The vibe in the store was great and I am excited that this store is not far from my house. STOKED!

I have bought my shoes here at Fleet Feet for the past five years. I took part in there beginning running program and it was amazing! I formed great friendships with my running club. The shoe buying experience is smooth and the employees really care about you. I enjoy getting my feet scanned so they can analyze exactly what I need for the best fitting shoe. Employees listen to me and are mindful of what I want without worrying so much about their bottom line. I can’t recommend Fleet Feet enough!
