The sales associate Damecco and Steven were very friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout my shopping experience. I was initially just going to browse, but the deal that they had, along with Steven sharing their personal choice of shoes, and Damecco sharing their knowledge on taking care of the shoes, I decided to give the brand a go. Hoping the shoes last me a good while as I'll think back to this nice experience.

The Vans Store at Crabtree Mall is awesome! Amazing selection of clothes and shoes. The customer service here is stellar. Popped in today to grab a shirt and some socks, the staff were so welcoming and helpful. It’s like shopping with the homies. 100/10 definitely recommend

Steven was super helpful he helped me find all the things my son didn't know he needed and then I bought them. They are so friendly in that store

I ordered shoes online and they fit different than my others. I went to the store for support and they were great. They explained to me the difference between the shoe cushion and gave me suggestions for which would be best for long walks. The shoe I needed wasn’t at they store but they called local stores to find it for me and asked the other store to hold it for me.

Vans aren't really my thing, but my son was dieing for a pair of these limited edition bmx shoes. We got in and out quickly and they even gave my son some pretty cool Vans swag.

Visited this store yesterday & my sales person Hunter was amazing. He helped me decide what shirt looked good with the pants I picked out & even discounted my shoes when the “buy one get one 50% off” discount didn’t apply to what I thought it did. His customer service skills are above average & much more than I expected to receive. This is a great store.

First experience shopping at this location. kind of busy which means the location must be doing amazing. Very Impressed with Emily. My husband and I watched as a customer Became VERY rude with Emily while she helped a few customers at the same time and asked if the customer could give Her a second to get someone to help her. After literally 30 seconds the customer shouted at her. Although Emily did nothing wrong she still apologized and continued to try and help the customer or PATIENT in this case. She handled the situation Great!!! In these times of false reviews and entitled customers, I couldn’t live with myself if I didn’t acknowledge this Situation .Great job EMILY! We love your positive energy!

Went to vans in Crabtree mall to get a jacket for my grandson. The staff was very helpful and although they didn't have the size he needed they got it ordered for us! They rock and we have one Christmas gift done.

Great customer service. I forget her name, but she let me know about all of the discounts and deals they have as soon as I walked in the door.

I took my teenage daughter shopping here yesterday and was so impressed with the outstanding customer service from the second we walked in until we left. All the associates were beyond friendly. It was a really nice atmosphere to shop and I will definitely be back.

From a SoCal Native who used to buy his Vans® slip-ons from a tiny store on Topanga way up in The Valley, when the inventory was stored in shipping containers out back... they've certainly come a long way, without sacrificing their roots. Nice store, great layout, excellent selection of shoes, clothing, and accessories that try to nail that vibe.

Not only do they have a great selection of clothing, but also great customer service. The gentleman helped my youngest son with his skateboard and was wonderful
