I like to come here for the seasonal stuff around autumn/fall for hand soaps. I honestly like the seasonal candle scents a tiny bit more than Yankee Candles selections at times.

For us men, we have a tiny section towards the back of the store on the far right. My favorite body wash is Bourbon.

I heard that being in retail can be problematic with irate customers and low stock but this location is always prepared.

Went in to pick up an online order and had an issue with it, which was ultimately my fault. Thankfully, the manager and associate (I didn’t catch their names) went above and beyond to help take care of me. Thanks for the great customer service, you really made my day!

My experience here was pretty good. The flannel scent smells really good.

Hello there, just wanted to take the time to shout out the associate Mercades @ bath and body works. I came in the store being nosey and this woman's aura, energy and superior customer service, not only brightened my day, but made me WANT to buy products from her.

Excellent clerks and great environment, great sales. However i wish some of these customers had manners. A tall lady with blonde hair was standing behind me and it freaked me out. I thought she was pickpocketing me! No, her highness was waiting for me to move. Would it kill people to say, "Excuse me."? THEN she shoved her hand in front of my face and I stepped back. She had no mask on. I can tell she was raised by baboons. Was going to snap a photo of her, but she was in and out.

I absolutely love the associate Autumn she was so AWESOME! Went with a limit of $30.00 but I walked out spending $125.00. Well worth it I must say! Autumn knew her products and was very friendly! She went above and beyond to make sure I knew about the products and also made sure I was satisfied! I'm surprised she isn't a manager! Will be back very soon! Mind you I live 2 hours away! Great impression and service! Thanks Autumn!❤

I've missed this store so much. I held my composure and just took my time. Thankfully there wasn't a line to go in. The best show of people caring about each other while wearing masks and standing patiently at the checkouts and not making a big deal about temp checks/sanistations. That gave me a little hope in this world, we can continue to heal and raise the Phoenix...

Excellent service as always! Everyone was especially polite and they are very knowledgeable on their inventory. Amya checked me out and she was super helpful 🙌🏼. There was this other lady who was low key rude though 😒 Idk if her day was stressful but she definitely needs to improve on her tone. Not sure if she was a manager or someone who is just in charge of restocking. That aside this is the best place to get self care products 💪🏼

Great shopping and they have the best lotions and body washes. I just carried away in here always buying so much and love when they one of there great sales, I really stock up then, like I have a mini Bath and body works in my home. They have so many fragrances to choose from and I have several favorites that I just can't live without!!!

Great visit at the downstairs Bath and Body Works at Crabtree last week! Great store, great service. Everyone was authentically friendly and helpful. As a store manager in retail, I was very impressed with the service. When I got to the register the cashier, I believe her name was Shanae, was getting a birthday surprise for the little girl in front of me, a bag of cookies from the break room. The girl was so excited jumping up and down and the Mom was thrilled. When Shanae rang me up she was just as kind and friendly! Great visit, thank you!!

I was looking for something for my niece. I needed pre teen innocence. Ashley stepped right up. She gave me recommendations that I believe will work for her.

I always love going to the store on the first floor at Crabtree Valley Mall to find all of the scents for my personal use and for my house, as well as for gifts. All of the people who work there are very knowledgeable and do their best to assist you to make your shopping experience great.

I came in and was immediately greeted by store employee who pointed out their specials and let us try the various product scents and sizes.We were treated by a smile by everyone and Thanks Mercedes for having a sense of humor.Will be back to this location.

I believe her name was Grenada or Denada but she was the store manager, and was one of the nicest bath and body work employees I've met so far. She was extremely friendly and helpful. I was in there today around 3:00pm.

Even when this store is packed with people, the staff is kind and willing to help. It's easy to find what you need. There are constantly great sales going on, so you're bound to find what you need at an affordable price
