AT&T Store

Michael is the ATT amazing employee as he runs this store. He was patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and persistent assisting with transferring my phone number from Verizon to ATT
He easily managed my challenging phone issues while waiting on multiple customers. This was about the best service I’ve received in a very long time!!!

Stopped in because my calls were constantly dropping and losing data connection recently. I requested to exchange our SIM cards to make my signal better. It didn't resolve my issue 100% but she explained on-going poor tower connections in the area. Kahla who helped us was very professional and courteous! Great customer service with a smile.

Christina was amazing here. She's incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I was on the fence about switching from T-Mobile and came in to learn more about the AT&T's free-phone promotion. She explained all the fees including what charges would show up this month, next month, and the month after that. And they came exactly as she predicted it. She made the whole experience so pleasant!

Christina at the AT&T Pennington/Hopewell NJ store was great. She assisted my girlfriend in setting up her new phone. Christina was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, efficient, and considerate. She gave us ample attention and answered all our questions despite being the only person working at the store (while concurrently attending to the needs of another customer at the same time). All this despite the fact that the store was closing for the day. I highly recommend Christina at the Pennington store if you are choosing AT&T.

We just had the best possible experience we've ever had at an AT&T store. Luis, the employee, was WONDERFUL. He was alone in the store but he managed to juggle the needs 4 different customers efficiently and gracefully. This includes one incredibly (actually unbelievably) rude woman who was demanding his attention and being wildly unpleasant. Even she left with a smile on her face. Luis and the Pennington AT&T store get 10 stars from us!!!!

A lot of time in a phone store is waiting for things to load and contacts to be moved, etc. Luis was able to deal with 4 different costumers simultaneously, moving each along in whatever processes they were dealing with. And, all the while being charming and informative
