Really nice staff! I go here all the time. Owners are so sweet and everyone is always helpful and knowledgeable. I went this morning to do an Amazon return, and owner advised about how Amazon was getting stricter with their returns/return box packaging and wanted to ensure I would get my return credit and not run into any issues in the future (the box I brought in was not actually a "shipping" box - I wasn't aware there was a difference! But she showed me what to check for in the future).

I went on Tuesday morning to have 10 packages sent out. The woman who was there was wonderful. She went between taking care of me and helping others with returns. She never seemed frustrated, she just nicely asked me to be patient and still chatted with me when she had a moment. She even took some time to go through my list of saved addresses and removed old ones to make sure it would be easier the next time I sent things out. I really appreciated the help and all of my packages arrived safely. I wish I had gotten her name, but either way thank you and happy holidays.

The UPS sales associate was very helpful with my shipment . He was very efficient , answered my questions; including alternative shipping options. He was helpful in properly packaging my items for shipment. He also demonstrated a positive attitude and which help make the entire process a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

Mamta Is the nicest woman..... She deals with everyone coming in with Returns all day long and she always has a smile on her face and always helps everyone. This UPS store is the best.

amazing store. The owner is fantastic. They did an amazing job. They printed out an urgent document from my attorney and then notarized it and then scanned it and sent it back to my attorney urgently. The owner is outstanding.

I’ve been to A LOT of UPS stores but this one in Pennington has the nicest and most efficient people you’ll ever meet! And, the store even smells refreshing…

Had an issue with a package that ended up at the wrong location(our fault). They went above and beyond to help me out and get the package returned to me. I use them regularly for various services and never have an issue.

They were super helpful, polite, and quick. Got a notary done there and shipped out docs.

I came in today and the gentleman employee that is most frequently there working was kind enough to notarize some documents for me even though that service was actually closed for the evening. The employees at this location seem to be very knowledgeable and helpful when I come in to conduct business there.
