When I went to Charter in Jackson, TN, I was very upset. They had closed down my home store and I had to drive 45 minutes to get to the closest branch. This was my third time to visit this store and my complex billing issue had not yet been solved. The young gentleman with whom I spoke, however, listened carefully to my entire schpeil and then proceeded, step by step, to solve my dilemma!

When you go, ask for Matthew! He will take care of you!

Traded in a phone for a Samsung 23+, Christopher helped me set it up even my Bluetooth. Very polite and helpful. Love my new phone.

I was switching from my parents account to my own and the representative I had was very nice and very helpful. I was there for a few hours but It didn’t seem that long to me. She was able talk to me while getting my account and everything set up and there was never a full moment. By far the best customer service I’ve ever had would highly recommend the representative I had to anyone.

Everything was good. Even the wait 10-15 min. I was only there to get a wearble that i looked at on Saturday with Quinton. I had a first gen watch (that received for free 6 years ago). Times have changed but it still was a great deal on the trade.

So while waiting, I talked to another sales rep (I think assistant manager) and he was able to help me understand what Quinton was trying to explain on Saturday which led me to the S22 Ultra. I just received the phone, so i cannot review it yet. (Ordered Sunday... received Tuesday)

But if you are like me, you are cautious of "deals". This one, nevertheless, is a deal. If you have an old S series phone (any condition... i mean any), you can walk out of the store with a free S22 or S22+ for $5/mo, or S22 Ultra with stylus for $10/mo. The best phone for very little.

I was having trouble with my phone holding a charge and then I could not send or receive calls. When we went to the AT&T store I thought we would be there all day. Cory met us and was wonderful about explaining the different phones. I decided to get the Samsung S22 Ultra but had to wait for it to be shipped to me. Cory helped me so much and when I went back with my phone he was available to help me transfer everything to my new phone. I am very pleased with the service I received and especially with Cory's expertise with the technical part. And I was especially pleased with the fact that I didn't have to spend all day in the store. Even the set up and transfer was only about one and one half hours.

It was a little worrisome...I ain't even gonna lie. But Martha was very sweet and very helpful! Then spent like 6 hours there a couple days later trying to get my daughter a phone I don't remember the guys name but him and the manager tried their hardest and we did manage to get out of there that night with my daughters iPhone and a case. So it was a time let me tell you but they put in the work. Very nice very helpful!
