My go to store! I love the employees there. I don't know the newer ones just yet, but I love this store. They are soo kind always and I feel like they are my friends!
There is a new Store Manager there, but the one who works right under him and has been there for a very long time, she's his main assistant manager and she is THE BEST EVER. She has that motherly vibe and also a friendly vibe and shows people they are appreciated and she really works hard. She is legit the face of this place. This store would never be the same without her. I go here every day to get my coffee in the morning and gas midday and a drink. Sometimes food and I love their chocolate chip cookies. Everyone works very hard here. They are the best ever. Thank you all for being amazing and continuing to do so on a daily basis! Love all of you!!!

I love this 7/11 store! It’s clean and tidy. I love all the different coffee machines. I know previous reviews say the staff is rude but personally every time I‘ve been here, they’ve been welcoming, friendly and hilarious! Shoutout to Rhondala and Nicole! I’ll see you ladies again soon!

This is a new store. You can't see it from the main street (Gallatin Ave.). But it's very nice.

So happy to have 7-Eleven's here in Nashville, finally! I reward myself after a long nights dinner service with a delicious slurpee regularly. I recommend the newer one on Gallatin Road in East Nashville vs. the one in front of the stadium. That one still appears to be seriously violent and riddled with issues. Although, the crazy people watching is by far superior at the Shelby Street location. The employees at the new Gallatin location are wonderful, too!

Nice new location, very good to have a modern clean gas station on Gallitan instead of having to go all the way down to Speedway. Gas is in the back entrance on Maxwell. Inside is a well stocked convience store, a taco place and a chicken shop. They have grab and go tamales which is really awesome. They don't have as large or varied beer selection as many of the local gas stations mostly just your standard national brews so try a different spot like the corner market if you are after local craft. Everything very clean and well lit as should be expected of a new store. Prices on gas are currently very competitive but unsure if that will change after the newness wears off.

I am glad 7-11 made it back to the south. The slurpee is a legend.

Men's bathroom was NASTY! Looks like it hasn't been thoroughly cleaned for several months.... Receipt printer on gas pump out of.
Against my better judgment I bought a biscuit with bacon egg and cheese, the bacon was severely undercooked so I ended up throwing it in the trash. Just wow.. definitely the worst 7-Eleven location I have visited in the Nashville area and I visit them often!

No soap in bathrooms. Gross especially since they serve food.

The night time employees are rude as hell and always give you an attitude for the most basic requests or questions. They also let someone take my Uber eats delivery order and refused to make things right by making the order again which could have put my employment in jeopardy. I HIGHLY recommend you replace the entire night shift crew. Cause I'm clearly not the only person that has had this kind of experience at this location and I like many other reviewers have no desire to spend my money here untill things change.

Also they sell tobacco products all the time without IDing people. Do you want to get shut down over your employees?

Continuously amazed at how rude the staff is at this location. Just stopped in to pick up a doordash order for a single drink and candy bar. The guy behind the counter is just sitting there on his phone and said it’s going to be ten minutes without even looking up from his Tiktoks 🙄

Very creepy security guard who made me feel as though I was being watched every second. He asked me if I needed help several times within a couple of minutes of being there and I rushed out of there as soon as I could. I also couldn’t tell by his appearance if he worked there or not, which made it even worse. Please consider re-hiring or getting rid of the security guard all together. If the owners think a guard is necessary for this location, hire one that makes customers feel more safe, not less! Very scary and uncomfortable experience, will not be going to this location again solely for this reason.

We were glad when this location opened since it is nearby. My wife, especially was glad to see Coke Icees available as that was her childhood favorite. However, we won't be going back there due to the surly, rude and inattentive staff there that seem to believe the store is their hangout and the customers are a nuisance. The epitome was the rude woman I encountered last night. She is absolutely ridiculous. I thought the Eastland/Gallatin Kroger was the poster child for rude service, but this 7 Eleven has surpassed them. Hint: manage your staff and teach them customer service. We won't be back.

I simply asked the young lady working if anyone had bought a thermos and if they worked. She asked me why I would ask her and how would she know. She continued to get smart as if we were familiar with each other. She was so rude and nasty I decided against buying anything and may not ever buy anything else here. Imagine treating a customer that way for asking a question...

Ah, behold this enchanting 7/11, a haven of wonders! However, my visit was made all the more delightful by the presence of a captivating security guard. Picture this: a mesmerizing blonde specimen, who seemed to have taken a keen interest in my every step. How delightful it was to be accompanied by a guardian angel of surveillance, ensuring the utmost protection for the invaluable Snickers bars.

Oh, the subtlety! It was simply unparalleled. The security guard's stealthy maneuvers could rival those of a graceful elephant in a china shop. I must confess, I felt like a true mastermind, pursued by a relentless detective, all because I had the audacity to walk among the snacks and drinks of this illustrious establishment.

Truly, this security guard's commitment to their duty deserves a standing ovation. The way they shadowed me, as if I were a criminal mastermind plotting the heist of a Snickers bar, left me in awe. If you seek an unforgettable experience, where the lines between reality and absurdity blur, I wholeheartedly recommend this 7/11. It's an experience that will have you questioning the very notion of subtlety itself.

this store is NOT open 24hrs or if it is the employees lock the doors between 230-430am to play in their phones . 3rd shift employees will wait 5 minutes to keep doing what's more important in their phones before looking annoyed and rudely yelling at you through the door "we're closed" before going right back into their phones. Leaving me looking for the store hrs because I thought 7-Eleven was known for being open 24hrs!
