Pharmacy always busy but wait time is quick and efficient

minute clinic is top tier, was in and out in less than 15-30 minutes tops for a tb skin test placement and follow up reading. both appointments very smooth, would return

5 stars for customer service from Chasity!
Came in with someone else who needed something and we were off to the side at the kiosk, but I saw how she interacted with every customer and she seems very kind and genuine. A person that will have a conversation with you and help you out with anything you need.

There was also another guy today helping direct people to the self checkout kiosks when the line got busy.
Just wanted to praise people on their customer service :)

We had Walgreens several times unable to fill a new prescription. This CVS Pharmacy had them both in stock and transferred our prescription and filled it. Also while in the drive thru they provided an over the counter medication my wife needed. I found them as courteous and excellent service.

Wonderful experience at the pharmacy! My prescription was ready soon after it was sent over and the service was wonderful. The pharmacist, Andrew, was efficient, friendly, and professional! I applaud the pharmacists for all they do - filling prescriptions, answering questions, administering vaccines and so much more!!! They rock!

After a terrible experience at another location that closed before filling my Rx, I called this CVS pharmacy to see if they could pull my Rx and fill it. The staff was extremely friendly and promised to have my prescription ready in 20 minutes (my drive time to location). AS promised, it was ready when I arrived and the tech was extremely friendly! I will be driving the 20 minutes to this location for all further Rx needs.

I was having online issues with scheduling my Minute-Clinic Appointment and called the store for further assistance. THANK YOU!!! The CVS Associate who helped me was amazingly wonderful, she took down my information and went to the kiosk to schedule my visit for me!!!! Again, Thank You!!!! GOD BLESS!!!

I have been a customer of this CVS for many years, and almost every experience has been extremely positive. I noticed it most during their recent renovation. Even with the inevitable inconveniences, staff members were helpful, friendly and professional. I always feel I’m in good hands with this bunch.

Best part is , they are open even during holidays.

The customer service at the pharmacy is awesome, I called in asking about the epi pen pricing because it seemed high, but everything was in order, so I just hung up and figured I’d come back when I had the money. I wish I remembered his name, but another pharmacist called me not even 5 minutes later to tell me of other more affordable options that I could afford now. I really appreciate the extra effort that was put in and I won’t forget it.

This location is open 24/7 which was convenient because I needed a prescription filled late one night! The pharmacist was polite and fast. Didn’t wait more than 20 min. I’ll be back!

There is a woman name Gail that works here. She is awesome! She has never met a stranger. She is freakin amazing. Knowledgeable and helpful. My wife and I were on our way home and needed a few groceries. We literally went there to get them because of her. Knowing it would be more expensive than just going to HEB across the street. Great job Gail.

This has got to be the cleanest and nicest CVS I have ever seen. Pharmacists were very friendly, everything was neat and tidy, and amidst the cashier was very friendly and helpful too.

While on vacation I had to visit the minute clinic at this CVS in Pearland.
We were in and out in under 15 minutes and the gentleman in the clinic was very helpful. Highly recommend this location.

One of the best CVS pharmacies around! Great pharmacy and pharmacist Mark was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient with everyone around even with all the heavy traffic they get!

The employees are always very helpful here. The cashier always greets me when I walk in and there's always someone to help when I need it.

Short wait. Fast, friendly service. Great experience. I was in and out with what I needed in less than 40 minutes.
