I had a unique situation where the online Home Depot team canceled my order on the day I was supposed to pickup and never notified me. I had some big discounted items that I needed for a job so was very frustrated.

The service desk team and store manager went out of their way to help fix things and spent an hour of their time to work things out with the online customer service to get everything re-ordered how I had it. I appreciate all of the help from your team to get things worked out. Thank you!

I came into the store right as they opened a couple Sundays ago to get a kerosene heater. Joshua and another store associate were so helpful i wish i could remember her name. She was at the self checkout along with Joshua a middle age black woman. Well she looked up my product and gave me instructions of where to go. I was having trouble scanning my heater Joshua helped me check out i held up my heater why he scanned it for me. This was the best customer service experience i had here. None of my experiences have ever been bad thats why I continue to come here always great. But they knocked it out the park that day.

Long story with a most excellent ending!

We are from Portland, OR. Had a job in town. Did the job. 2 weeks later an issue arose that became an emergency. We had to gather tools and supplies quickly as there was a deadline of 6PM the same day to fix. Called and spoke with Kylie (manager on duty). She cared enough to listen and understand the circumstances. She personally took down a large list of items. Got them entered. Made sure all items were in stock. Then she had it all pulled within 1 hour. Our local team members were able to solve an emergency quickly because everything was ready.

As Home Depot goes, this establishment is excellent. They have a great number of retired trade labourers working there and they are very knowledgeable about their areas of expertise. And, they are quite happy to give you advise and instructions.
Their garden department, by in large, don't know anything about real gardening. Couldn't grow weeds!!!

We did a tool Rental they were fast and friendly and helped load and unload everything.

My order was ready when I got there. My cashier was friendly.
