Lowes had exactly what I wanted! I found a boxwood variety that only gets to 2’ tall and 2’ wide at maturity and that’s exactly what I wanted to line my flower bed. I also purchased hellebores and primroses.🌸🌿🌷

Keith in Cabinets was the first person we found to help us with purchasing a couple of doors. It wasn't his area where he worked, but it didn't stop him from providing excellent customer service. He is personable, and I enjoyed the visit that I was dreading. Thanks, Kieth, for the great service!

Management here is always easy to work with and resolve any issues needed. Today we went in just to get gift cards because they usually have a great selection ended up buying fire extinguishers that they had on sale for $19.9, we were checked out by Tonya who is extremely pleasant and funny.

Loved this location they had all the stuff I needed that the Quail Springs location didn't have. The employees were very helpful. I will definitely go back to that one. The one by memorial is ok, but they aren't very helpful, however, the one in Edmond extremely helpful and that is where I bought my merchandise from 😁

Best lowes ive ever been too (at least for gardening supplies). Everything was perfectly and neatly stocked it was unlike anything ive previously seen in a lowes or home depot. They ha e the most wonderful and well trained staff for your needs. They have unbelievable ammounts of selections for flowers, ferns, shrubs and plants. Incredible supply of mulch, fertilizer, top soil and seed. There is nothing you cant get here.

All the employees at Lowe’s were extremely helpful to me, especially two gentlemen in plumbing named Phil and James. They were extremely patient with my knowledge (or lack there of) of plumbing and walked numerous aisles with me just to find my perfect fittings. It’s employees like these that make me want to go back to Lowe’s. They are thoughtful and have the patience and know how to help individuals like myself find what they’re looking for.

Excellent store, and very clean. When I have a question, they answer it and don't just walk off with their head in the clouds (like some other stores...) They do need more employees though, seem to be short staffed.

Had an extremely hard time finding the exit because it disappeared as soon as I walked in

I really like this store. Their home and garden area has everything I need. Their discount plants in the back is a great place to get deals on plants that are a little distressed.

The usually have plenty of help and will load your vehicle is you are buying in large quantities.

The only downside is the traffic and parking lot right in front of the store.

This place is very close and staff is kind and quick at the check out. They have a free air pump for my bike tires which is open 24 h a day at the East end of the store. Many neighbors shop here and they are enthusiastic about what's here. This store has different stuff from the Home Depot and it's close and maybe open more hours. Staff here more likely to chat about what you are looking for and tell you about daily deals

I went in on a Wednesday night to buy a washer and dryer. I was super concerned that the delivery/installation would not go well so I brought photos of my laundry room and bought extra duct stuff for the dryer vent. Purchase went well and Lowes employees were helpful. The installation did not go well... I went straight back to the store on Friday night letting them know the dryer vent is letting the hot air into my house. Long story ... Scott, the manager, got on the phone with the 3rd party delivery service and talked to them and scheduled a time for Sunday for them to come back out to rework the vent. I have to admit that I doubted Scott and truly thought they were going to flake on me. I even went to the store on Saturday night to confirm that 3rd party service company was going to come out on Sunday. Devina called them up and confirmed. As it turned out, Devina, Scott, and Alondra were very genuine and authentic....they didn't let me down. My dryer is now vented up properly and I am so very pleased that they came through. 😀 Thank you, Scott, Devina, and Alondra. I am so happy!

I love Lowe's. Most staff are helpful. I wanted to buy indoor and outdoor plants at Walmart but most were dry and dead. So I went to Lowe's and their plants were beautiful and well taken care of. Thanks garden department!

I needed some lumber ripped, and Houston, who is actually a loader, took the time to come and help me even carrying the boards for me. Great job!

Looking for upright freezer and as you can see, they are out right now. Store associate told me they may get more in later.

I love shopping at Lowe's. The stores are well laid out, I love looking at the paint and redoing each room of my house int head. The people that work their are always very pleasant, the online orders are ready and in a locker fast and prices are competitive.

Very helpful staff at this location. It is my favorite one to shop at.
