This Starbucks location off of Northwest Expressway is always well staffed and very efficient. The drive-through can get a little backed up into the parking lot, but they do a great job of getting people through the line. It is located perfectly off the highway for easy access. The employees are always very respectful and kind.

This is a small Starbucks with no immediate parking it's on a raised parking lot around it it's not a far walk to get to it but it's not parking right in front of the building either. The drive-thru is built in tightly around the building and is kind of small but they move extremely fast getting cars in and out and less time than you would think possible especially when ordering things like Frappuccinos which I always do haha

Top of the line the atmosphere was totally different from the one I visited in Shawnee the one in Shawnee disappointed us so bad the lady that took our order barely acknowledged we were there just took our order and our money I'm not really a complainer but after that the two young ladies that were preparing our order to twenty minutes to fill it two drinks times twenty minutes adds up to ten minutes a drink the one in OKC acknowledge us was very kind took our order and our money and thanked us the preparer's had our order in done in just a few minutes go Starbucks OKC you won my confidence back Shame on you Shawnee Starbucks

Nice courteous staff! Great location in the intersection of NW Expressway & Independence next to Seven Eleven. Our drink was really good. Highly recommend this place.

Went to the drive through and grabbed a couple frappes. Friendly voice on the intercom and at the window was greated nicely. Drinks were amazing too!

I love this location. They are open late, until 11 PM on weekdays and midnight on weekends, are very sweet and extremely accommodating. Yes you will pay a little bit more for your coffee at Starbucks. Yes it is nice if you tip. You get what you pay for here. If I want something different with my drink, anything from the temperature to the ingredients, they are generally more than happy to help you out. They are enthusiastic about educating you after the various drinks and food items and seemed genuinely happy to be at work most of the time. It is my pleasure to support a business like this. This location is a little bit busier than most as they are across the street from hospital and on a major expressway. Plan accordingly and you won’t be disappointed. I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes. If you do have an issue, please bring it up to them. I’m sure they’d be happy to help.

Pricey but when you need a lil comfort a coffee does the trick

I was that A-hole who pulled up 10 min until close because I was extremely congested and my friend recommended to order a "medicine ball" which is from the secret menu apparently, so i already felt obnoxious even asking - and the girl over the speaker after I over explained how i felt sick and i was sorry to ask so close to closing yada yada.. she said "oh, WE'VE GOT YOU GIRL" and not only made the special not-even-on-the-menu item BUT, she even asked my symptoms and gave me an extra pump of peppermint and said it will help so much. Her name was Sitlally and she was the best ever. Thank you!!!!

Love the drinks at this place. Wouldn’t be surprised if this chain got huge.

They were so fast, efficient and friendly. I came in needing one of those huge coffee totes for a meeting and they had it for me in less than 15 minutes. The facility inside was clean and welcoming. The staff were very nice and easy to grab their attention. The outdoor patio also looked very welcoming. Of course the outdoor scenery is lacking, but that also is what makes this location a great one is that it is in the middle of everything. And easy to get too.

Never had an issue here. Anytime a mistake is made, they're very quick to fix it and make it right. Employees are always friendly and cheerful. Yes it gets crowded but 99% of the time I use the app which makes it easier. This is the one I frequent most, because the people are friendlier and I've never had any problems.

They were short staffed today and I had no idea at first until they told me when I asked about baked goods. They were super polite and helpful to me as I asked about what baked goods were available. Even though they were understaffed I was very impressed with how kind they were with the customers and how quickly they were getting everything done. I wanted to brag about them in a survey but they didn't have one on the receipt so I was going to on my review of the place. Great staff, baked goods, and coffee. My pumpkin scone was delicious and shout-out to the worker who took my order (forgot to ask for his name) who suggested it and shout-out to Jess who handled my payment and handed me my order. Definitely recommend this place because of the great staff and the pumpkin scone, even if you think you don't like pumpkin flavored things. Was very surprised.

There was a sweet Indian girl working the drive thru this morning. What a beautiful person!! More people need to be like her in the world. She deserves a raise!

My Starbucks app crashed on me as I was redeeming a stars reward and it ate my reward points without placing the order. I came in the store to verify if the order went through or not. It had not. Thankfully, Kasey was very courteous and helpful and took care of things for me. Everyone at this store is always super nice, but she really went above and beyond. Thank you, Kasey!

As days goes by this establishment forgot where they have started from. Lack of customer service,
I walked in waited 5 minutes no line , I was by the register the employee was changing the trash bag. Didn't wash his hands took my order with a very insulting way and please take in consideration thats its 10:20 am still the beginning of the day.
As much as I hate putting this review but I had to because someone in this company might still have interest to keep the image they started. I will still mark 5 stars because I love my coffee.
Hope someone gets their hands on this matter.
I have seen this happening in other locations. Can so.eone tell if its still owned by the same people who started this franchise?

Fantastic coffee and menu, the place to go if you want gourmet coffee. Always very busy but they work hard to get you order done quickly.

My daughter wanted to come here for a birthday treat and so we did. First time to visit. The barista answered our questions politely and patiently. The place had a nice atmosphere and the drinks were wonderful. It was a bit expensive - but everybody that knows anything about Starbucks knows this, so it wasn't a surprise. Will probably come back occasionally as a special treat.

The baristas are always so nice and friendly. At the time the snowman cookies were available. My barista asked if I wanted a snowman with a red or a blue scarf. Totally not important, but cute to ask anyway. And I got the one I asked for. The coffee is always good and neatly prepared. Love this place.

I always come here since they close at 11pm and since my fave salted caramel frappuccino is served here even if it is “seasonal” as what other branches say. The best thing is when I left my purse for more than an hour and came back purse still there and money, credit cards, important keys and documents still intact! Special thanks to the cashier for helping me out keeping the purse safe when I called her because I was freaking out. That was last 8/11/19 around 8-10pm. Keep it up!

They made my drink and were careful of my dairy allergy, I'm very pleased
