Boot barn was great for getting boots for my 2 granddaughters. We all live in Illinois, and they love their boots. We had to order one pair, but this granddaughter was dancing in her new sparkly boots.

Great store great customer service bought my boots from a different location and I've had them for almost 4 years and they're still in good condition highly recommend this place if you wanna buy boots hats Etc.

Unlike the I-40 and Meridian location, this location gave me wonderful customer service. I was greeted and helped in purchasing my first cowboy hat. Thank you and I will come back.

Came in to exchange a pair of boots as the 30 day refund period had lapsed. We were given a full refund. Then bought a new pair of boots anyway! Service fees A+.

A very nice gentleman with blonde hair helped us find the right size for my husbands large feet. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Madie checked us out at the register and she was really nice. We will shop here again!

I love Bootbarn clothes and boots but what made this particular place a 5 star were the 2 women in there. Taylor and Brandi were very personable, professional, and helpful. I'll go back there for those two lovely ladies.

What an awesome place ! Such a relaxed non pressure buying experience! The sales man Tag was so patient with us both my wife Dotti and I trying on many different boots. And the selection was so great it took me a while, but Dotti found her "Lady Rebel" boots which fit perfectly (in more ways than one lol) and a matching purse! OMG happy wife. I found some way comfortable work boots to come get later. And when we got ready to pay I had forgotten to transfer money to my card omg panic on my part 5 min till closing time, the manager Brice said its ok when i said i had to go transfer at a ATM it seemed to take forever for me to get back but when I did they were well, just very understanding and polite, even after I caused them to be at work another 30 min. Definitely the best place to buy boots and accessories! And a sure match for Dotti .
