The young gentleman who is helping checkout people on the afternoon of Saturday October 7 is an excellent employee. Great customer service. He helped us out so much with the checkout procedure and taught us how to use our CVS rewards. Big kudos to him.

I am a regular customer at this CVS location and I have to say, I'm always impressed with the service I receive. The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and I always feel confident that I'm getting the right prescriptions and medical advice.

Not only is the pharmacy service top-notch, but the store itself is clean and well-organized. It's always easy to find what I'm looking for, whether I'm picking up a prescription or grabbing some grocery items.

Staff were efficient and helpful. I went in to inquire about a pneumonia vaxx that my doctor did not have in stock and CVS was able to administer it on site, no appointment needed. Vaxx specialist also set up the CVS health tracker on my phone so I could have ready access to my vaccination and prescription history.

The pharmacist and staff are fantastic. I used to go to Walgreens at Riverpark, but now I go to CVS on New Territory. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. They have gone way above my expectations trying to get us the biggest discounts on medicines that were not covered by our insurance. I feel the reviews on here may not reflect the current staff, or might be about some issue with the store. When it comes to a Pharmacy, I only care about how long I need to wait in line and if the staff is helpful and polite. I have nothing but high praise for this location.
May 2019 UPDATE: I absolutely appreciate the Pharmacy staff. Our newborn was prescribed medicine and the pharmacist noticed the dose was very high for his age/weight. The pharmacist was correct, and the pediatrician admitted to checking the wrong box when writing the script. The pediatrician called in a new prescription that was a quarter of the dose that was originally prescribed. Thank you attentive CVS pharmacy staff for what you did!

Dropped off a few prescriptions and staff was nice and very helpful. Came back a little before they were supposed to be ready. To my surprise they were ready to go and te Pharmacist explained them to me. She then offered us the Flu shot, we we did. Great job guys, I love this location.

started shopping here again after Randall's closed. the store looks much better than it has for the last couple of years. and the level of service is light years better, i always feel welcomed and the entire staff is extremely professional and friendly. the store is a bit old but it looks like it has been renovated recently. and now i always find what i am looking for when i never did in the past. keep up the great work!
