It was Great! Everyone was so nice! The sales associate that helped me when I walked in I'm so sorry I don't remember her name but she was amazing she helped me write when I first walked in. And she had amazing style and she did not push me to purchase anything and she gave me great advice on what looked good for my body type and I will definitely shop there again because of her. She had beautiful gray braids as well! I wish I remembered her name.

Torrid has the best quality clothes and they have amazing sales

I love this store. Every woman that works there is incredibly friendly, courteous, and helpful. The clothes are expensive for the most part, but they're good quality and the sales are awesome. It's probably the only plus size store I've found that treats a plus size body like something to enhance rather than hide. I love Torrid - especially this location.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Amber, and Kelli, and I've never had better customer service! They've made me a lifetime customer! This location has always had the best styles, and perfect sizes. 12/10 would reccomend to anyone wanting an unbelievably smooth shopping experience! Will be going back soon!!

I loved this store. My family went into help me find my baby shower dress. My son is almost 2 and my mom was keeping an eye on him but he's 2, and he was running around the store and he gets excited and squeals. There wasn't anyone else in the store but us but the staff was very nice about it and one even helped me pick out dresses because my son is a handful. I'll definitely be back to this one. They rock!

I love this store. They always help me and assist with my online orders so I know I'm getting the best deal. I've gone in with lists 2 pages long and they help me get everything I want. I have tried going to another location but it wasn't the same. I've gotten to know the women at this location and love them and how kind they are.

My absolute favorite place to shop! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Great clothing selection for those that are plus size. Everything is stylish, you get rewards for shopping, extended hours. Absolutely LOVE!!!

The ladies were so helpful here! They made sure I was aware of sales going on, assisted with sizing, and helped me find clothes that were suited for the occasion.

Covid compliant. Plus size clothing. Funky and cool clothes. Im 6 ft tall and weight 275 wear size 24 or 26 depending on where they are made. I wear a tall but extall fits me best. I look for good deals and im not disappointed.

The staff is so incredibly helpful. I feel so comfortable anytime I go in. The clothes are trendy and reasonably priced. It's nice to go to a store where you know everything with fit the way you want!

Walked out with 2 new tops and a bra. More importantly I walked out feeling sexy and well supported! Staff was great, tried to pull me out of my comfort zone of black but that won't happen.

Everytime I have been into torrid I have had nothing but great customer service all the employees are nothing but great to people that walk through that door.
So I have no idea what she saw or what she is saying torrid is a great place to shop.

Say no more! Plus Size women will love this store it can be a bit pricey but great for those staple pieces!
