Had an issue with an online order. This store took care of everything in person. Staff is very cordial. Will be going back thanks excellent customer service.

First time to NAPA auto parts. Went in to buy a battery for my tractor. Battery was in stock and staff made sure it was correct..Very helpful and polite.

I had a great experience with the team and service at this NAPA. One of the parts which I ordered online and picked up in store ended up being the incorrect part in the box. I took it back the next day and they immediately ordered the replacement and had it in store in 2 hours!

If you are looking for a difficult part to find, don't waste your time with chains like AutoZone. This company is a real parts store with a lot of inventory. The salesperson that helped me knew exactly where the part I needed was located on the shelf. That's not common these days. I went to a few other places before going here, so save your precious time and just make one trip.

I had a part from an independent store in Los Angeles California to return for a core. The clerk there said I could return it at any store and get my money back. He was wrong. When I needed a part again I came to this store and was waited on by the store manager, David, who informed me that the part must be from a supplier he can't use because his corporate store log in couldn't find the part number and because of that he couldn't take it and give me my core fee back at first, but after a little effort on his part to manuever through their system somehow found a way to help me here instead of turning me away and sending me back to the west coast for my money because the computer said to. Awesome customer service!! Will definitely be doing more business with napa now than I did before.

I just recently moved to Texas. I have not done a great job with getting my car serviced because I always feel like I am going to walk into a place and get taken advantage of because I am a woman. My first time at Napa , I came in told them what I needed and they took care of it right away. All the men were gentlemen and talked to me respectfully. They even pushed out the dent that was in the front of my car. They may have seemed like a small deed to them but to me it was everything. My second time here , I needed an oil change and one of the guys went over prices and allowed me to make a decision. He was not pushy and was extremely respectful. My visit here is always pleasant and I know that they are going to take great care of me and my car. Thank you Napa Off of Denton Highway.

Napa is a very good place. They seem to always have everything I need. I run a land clearing company and sometimes I need a hose or a tool. Or a socket that nobody else has. Even if they don't have it they can get it pretty quick. The

I desperately needed a battery and the clerk personally went to another location to get the battery and then installed it for me.

They loaned me a screwdriver and gave me a fresh razor out of their desk drawer so I could change my registration sticker and put on my new plates because I just moved here and I don't have any tools yet and I was broke at the moment and they were very very very nice to do such a thing when I wasn't even purchasing anything thanks guys

When it comes to great customer service and a higher level of quality auto parts, Choose Napa!
You won't regret the $5 or $10 extra you spend on better parts when you're driving your car instead of fixing the same issue again with cheap parts.
Often times I've found Napa to be even better priced than the other 3 parts stores. Do yourself a favor and shop Napa when you need parts.

I just switched to Napa Parts they seem of very good quality and are reasonable priced, I also like that I can lookup the part I need online and order it and then pick it up at the store, very nice

They always have majority of every part available that I always need. All the other parts stores rarely have what I need in stock... Napa is my go to store... also they have better quality parts....

The gentleman who assisted me was very helpful, it didnt seem like he was focused on just making the sale and moving on. Took the time to make sure I had the right part before I purchased it.

These guys held an order for a week for me I prefer this place a million times over.
