Bought my dream lolita dress today from here, I've always came to this store wanting to buy clothing items but a lot of it doesn't fit. It's very high quality and has amazing intricate details. The associates were very nice and they were trying to give other suggestions on items that would fit me better but when I told them I'm wanting to diet and work out to help get in this dress they gave me some tips! Thank you again, it's perfect ♡

My wife loves this store so much,5 stars for customer service, at the beginning, she was just browsing and thinking of maybe she could try on something, and the staff came over and asked her" May I help you with anything ", she picked some dresses for my wife and those just fit her perfectly! definitely coming back !!

We already knew that they have one location in frisco which is far away from my home , so glad to see a new Becxin in north east mall , the staff we spoke to is very helpful, overall it is a good place to stop by.

The employees went above and beyond to help us, the clothes in there are absolutely wonderful. We will be returning again in the future. Highly recommend!

Super cute. Everything is great quality. Would like to point out that they only carry petite sizes when it comes to the clothing. Wish they had plus sizes. Also wished that the employees weren't so openly talking bad about people as if we couldn't hear what they were saying about us. Now yes I loved the accessories. Best press on nails I have had in a long time. I will only go back because I love lolita/gal fashion. But in my community we do not bully one another and we are not toxic. Once you fix that habit then I will give 5 stars. Have a wonderful day.

Came here with my family. My daughter wanted a dress that rang up as $32 so I commented that I was grateful it was on sale as I started to pay. The worker immediately said "oh wait.. let me see . No it's not" and she manually changed it to $54. She would have had no issues with me paying $32 had I not mentioned it. I asked if she would honor the price it rang up as originally and she said no, which I get but it was upsetting the way she went about it and showed no empathy. Had she been on top of things to begin with and paid attention to the tag I wouldn't have minded paying $54 but to ring it up lower and tell me that's the price and then manually change it when I say I'm grateful it was on sale was just rude. But these employees didn't even remember to clock in, in their own words so what can I expect. I work in customer service and treat my customers better.
