Girls at the drive thru were more interested in talking to each other than friendly customer service, but I guess that is how it goes now days 🤷‍♀ Food was awesome and a nice Christmas tree in the window.

I just want to say that Wendy's on rufe snow location, is a great location. They are always so nice and friendly. Common courtesy seems to not be so common for most fast food places but Wendy's has great staff.

The food was good I will be going back here.

Asiago Chicken Sandwich done to perfection with melting cheese and extra sauce. Just like I asked. DELICIOUS !!

Decided to dine in today and was very happy we did. Walked in and was immediately greeted by a nice woman named Mary. She has such an upbeat and caring attitude towards her guests. Very helpful. After a long work day she definitely gave us a reason to come back and we will solely come back just for her.

I see improvements from the staff they have, specifically Leah, she has outstanding customer service skills and very polite about replacing a wrong item and making two missing items. I'm glad to see her on the team and hope this location will continue to improve personal opinion-->having a great staff is the best place to start!

Great breakfast, the potato wedges are best from fast food restaurant, I've ever had!! And maple chicken breakfast sandwich is awesome!!

Folks at the window are always so friendly. I like that they are patient when they wait on you at the window they give you a chance to give your order before confirming back and it makes for a much smoother process. I actually drive five extra minutes to come to this one because of the great customer service.

Randomly decided to swing by and try this location for dinner after not frequenting wendys for several years (after a few bad experiences). To our great surprise, the service and food was amazing. Have been back several times since and its been great every time. So glad things have turned around here!

This place is good but pricey. They handled my order in a timely manner and attended to my satisfaction of needs. My fiance loves this place and she was the one that forced me to go but I have to admit the meat on the burgers were pretty good. I just wish Wendy's would size up the drinks and sides like other places such as; McDonalds, jack and the box, etc...

Great staff.. Great energy, very fast service. The shift manager on duty on 6/15/2016 around 8:30pm was awesome! Very friendly!! The young man that took our order was very courteous as well. Clean restaurant 🍴. Food tasted great. Location is right off the fwy close to a lot of shopping.

Welcome back to my radar Wendys! I just finished a killer mt bike ride and was going to hit BK but missed my exit. Hadn't been to a Wendy's in a min then saw the Biggie $5 deal.
Ok, girl at the window was nice, traded money for my coke and she said it will be just a sec.
Before I put my wallet away she was handing me my food!
Open it up OMW home. The Jr bacon is....
Perfect. Seriously the most beautiful burger I've seen. Bacon spread evenly across the WHOLE patty. Slice of tomato that was perfect and centered, a single beautiful leaf of lettuce. And a good AMT of mayo, which I love.
Fries were on point, the cole was perfect in that it was filled w 50% ice so I actually got plenty of coke!
The 4 PC nugget. Well, they remembered my SnS sauce but... There was only 3 nuggets.
I will happily pay a 1 nugget service fee for this kind of service and food quality.
I will be stopping here regularly!

Before I order, I asked if they knew how much the meal I wanted was with tax because I knew I was going to be cutting it really close money-wise. He told me how much it was, I told him I needed just a minute so I could count my change & he said no problem, take my time. They were just all super friendly, super patient & respectful.

This location is old and it shows, but they are super quick and get the orders right, hot and fresh. I am sad they they seem shocked when you say Thank you, customers need to treat these employees better. They are doing a great job.

I was there yesterday and let me tell you, I’ve never experienced such exceptional service like that in a long time. My family and I dined with this Wendy’s location to grab a quick bite before the Cowboys game, and the crew is just so friendly! Ordered a Baconator (ty for reminding me to upsize) with a frosty. Everything was delicious! The young man taking my order was very attentive, and the manager in black that made my fries for my family made sure they were hot and fresh! Will be coming back most definitely :)

fast service, hot food, nice staff and very accommodating. I go here several times out the week. Love the service

Food is good service not so much and the bathrooms...don't get me started they smelt like a sewage line exploded

The best burger I've ever had from any fast food place ever. Everything was perfectly placed on the burger and nicely packaged in the bag. The girl at the window was super nice. I feel like I'll never have this experience again so I thought I'd share.

Dining room is open and Wendy's seems to be following all the Covid-19 safety protocols including requiring masks upon entry, social distancing and enhanced cleaning procedures. Better yet, the food was great. Will definitely be back.
