AT&T Store

This is the best AT&T store ever! Patrick is excellent! He is so very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. He truly cares about customers and makes certain everything is perfect.

Great service from Josh and Areli! They did a great job transferring us over to the new iPhone 15 and flawlessly put on glass screen savers. We also purchased new cases. Highly recommend this location, they know their stuff.

Todd at the AT&T on Belle Isle was such an awesome representation for AT&T! He absolutely showed superb customer service skills and when there were difficulties, he did his best to give me comfort and make sure i stayed satisfied the entire time…very welcoming energy…thanks Todd i had a great experience because of you!

Josh was super clutch in helping me set up my phone again after an eSim failure. Had to go back 3 different times (thanks apple) and he was equally helpful every single time. @AT&T give this man a raise or a promotion bruh

Everyone was very patient and accommodating! Todd Christian specifically was wonderful and spent quite a bit of time with me resolving an issue, very good service!

Walked in the store was immediately greeted by Areli Ramirez. She was very professional and helped me right away. My issue was very time consuming but she would not give up till my issue was resolved. She made me feel like she cared as much about my issue as I did. She did this while making the other customers coming in feel welcome as well greeting each one with a smile. There were no long waits at this store for any of the customers. I highly recommend you visit this store.

We visited this location to get help with my husband deleting the e sim from his phone. The associate that helped us (forgot his name. Heavy set dark skinned guy) was AMAZING!! He was so knowledgeable and valued our time!

I walked into this store after a bad experience at the N May ATT location and was immediately acknowledged by both reps working. Both employees had a smile on their face and told me they would take care of me as soon as possible. Got taken care of by Nathan today and I will say he is a prime example of excellent customer service, fast, courteous and efficient. Belle Isle will have my business.

Tianna was such an amazing help I was having a bad day when I walked in the door she welcomed me with a smile her customer service was top tier she help me upgrade my phone when I didn’t even know I was upgrade ready and also made me feel involved with the whole process
