Need more Xlt stuff but good selection!!! Helpful staff. Clean store

Had a bunch of good jackets for decent prices for this winter and also had a bunch of gift sets for Christmas that were very decently priced.

Went in a bought several items. The lines moved quickly and the store was stocked and clean. However a couple of days later my card was double charged. I called and spoke to the manager who's name was Mark I believe. He was very professional and looked into the issue. Needless to say I was refunded the over drawn account and I couldn't be happier with the out come. Thank you Ross.

It was great. Great welcoming, beautiful things even though my cash couldn't grab all. Lol, excellent music. It was great. Ross is the best. Will be back for some fall boots

The manager deserves an award. She is always friendly no matter how busy she is. The store is highly busy most times so no it's not always clean but the customers know like I do, you always find good deals! The cashiers are laid back, over all not a bad little store!

My 83 year old Mom loves Ross and accidently left her phone at this store. The awesome staff held on to it until she realized where she left it! We picked it up and were so relieved and grateful to them for all their kindness, especially Jada! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

It’s Ross, sometimes you can find good products and clothes

I haven't been here in year's and it was very pleasant. I was especially impressed with a girl that works there named Chon. This girl was so professional, pleasant and helpful this is something that you don't get anymore. This girl is a great asset to Ross I hope it is noted.

I bought 13 shirts, 5 shorts, 4 pants and socks for only $279! Normally I have a hard time finding things for my 15yr. old son and it's been months since I've been to ROSS because of low stock(covids fault). He went through a growth spurt and therefore needed all new clothes. We hit the jackpot and I was so relieved(I'm sure son was too 😆) to get it all at one place! The staff this night was very pleasant. This was my first time at this particular location.

This ross location is my favorite in the city! It’s organized, clean, and has a great selection. The one by my house gets picked over really fast, but this one always has great stuff! I never leave empty handed. Thanks for providing great clothes at even better prices

This is a very well stocked store. I go into this particular Ross about once every two months and they always seem to have a ton of different items pretty reasonably priced.

My only complaint is that they put stickers on EVERYTHING showing the price they charge and it is quite difficult to get the sticky residue off of items.

You can really find some pretty good deals at Ross. It's always worth a trip in to see what treasures you might find at bargain prices. Sure you may not find your size, but when you do it's a great but. I got a great pair of Reebok's for $30 and they would of cost me $60-$80 somewhere else. You'll never Joe until you look.

I was really impressed with the quality of the clothes that were here for the prices listed. Brand name stuff that I normally get for $100 at the mall was here for $30 brand new. I found a bunch of great stuff without looking very hard and saved a ton. I'm definitely stopping here first now.

Store was well organized and clean. Customer service was not the greatest. Cashiers didn't even greet o said a word when cashing me out. I do love the prices at Ross tho.

Awesome service and customer support at this store. Destiny,the customer service personnel is efficient and effective with her response time. I was testing a computer desk that she volunteered to test for me . Excellent!
