I love this location because you can enter from the parking lot. Not too much parking in the lot Infront of the store. I love the rewards program. I have got multiple free full size products and a free small trial size this year. Most of the time I go here, it's not too busy. They are full of amazing products. I agree they are expensive. Once you join the rewards program you get all the emails and text messages about the sales. Like buy three full size products, get three free. Or $10 off candles. Or even one day events where the $25 three wick candles are $12 dollars! You have to be signed up to receive the promotions. I use the wall plug ins. My boyfriend wears the men fragrances.

Cody was soooo helpful today. I had a couple of exchanges and he made the transactions go smoothly. He was knowledgeable about the products and just made my time there enjoyable!

I came into the store this morning and was welcomed with a hello and a smile and what I was looking for. Well, I told them I didn't know but it was my birthday and I grabbed a basket and Ms Kellsey did her thing!! She took great care of me and I'm pretty sure i left with more than I ever planned!! Thank you Kellsey for providing such great customer service! I bought quite a bit but will still be back soon!! Ya'll gotta get to the Belle Isle location!

Love this place, I just found this store about a month ago, I was having to go to the mall but now that I saw this store outside the mall, I go here all the time now, I dnt like being around alot of people so I try to avoid the mall, I just wish there was a pink and victorias secret store like this. But this store is so well kept , nice n clean, well organized. I love everything about it, the workers here are nice n helpful. Thank u

Love Bath & Body works. So happy they opened a location outside of the mall, near my house. Yay!! Loved going in here today. Staff is so super friendly and Doug is so funny. Will be my new store!! 👍😊

Wow! Didn’t realize there was another Bath and Body Works outside of the mall! So much better than the one in the mall, and not as packed. Strongly recommend this location! Very friendly and helpful staff, too!

I have been to this location a couple times since they opened. I just love that I no longer have to go into a mall to shop at Bath and Body works. The people who work at this location are super nice and helpful! A+++

I love them! They are so helpful from the moment you walk in the door until you leave! They didn't have the perfume I went in for but they made sure I left with something just as good or if not BETTER!!!

Staff is really kind and the store is really nice and clean. Im so glad they put a bath and body works in the belle isle area that is easier then going to penn square mall
