What a nice place to burn off 🔥 some energy 💪.....and even relax for a very short time⌚. (10 minutes) The massage tables were so awesome 😎. There are even TVs 📺 to watch 👀 and tablets attached to the massage tables for extra relaxation. 😊 This faith🙏 based facility is 🫧✨clean, spacious and welcoming.♿ It is handicapped accessible in the workout area and showers🚿. 😁 🤗 🥤There is a place to buy drinks 💦 and there is also a water fountain if you don't have the cash💵. They even give away free Bibles, English and Spanish. 🇮🇷. Body and soul. 😇 There is a poster out front that shares what they donate to-drilling water 💦 wells. My friend and I had a fun time. 🏋🧑‍🦽🧍👭 Definitely a great place.

Great atmosphere. Myke was great with greeting and explaining all of the membership benefits. Looking forward to enjoying all the amenities.

Tons of equipment. Staff is available and friendly. Chair massages put it over the top. The monthly discount is a great incentive to get you there!

Laura was very helpful and professional. She was very transparent about the process, and even gave me a month free! The facility is clean and well kept. Staff is friendly, would recommend.

As soon as I walked in I felt very welcomed, April at the front desk had amazing vibes and great service. I really appreciate her for getting to know me and my boyfriend on a personal level and going over our goals with us. She is such a a bright and funny person. There's lots of equipment to use and everyone is so friendly!!!

Trey was super helpful and answered all my questions and was very patient with me and trust me I had many questions about memberships and what the facility offers.
Rain approached us while we were talking and offered to walk me around the gym and explained everything with the machines and with what the gym offers!

I recently joined Colaw Fitness and had the pleasure of working with Joshua. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience at the gym. Joshua's knowledge of the gym equipment and workout routines is impressive and he was more than happy to help me with any questions I had. His customer service skills are top-notch and he truly made me feel welcomed at the gym. I highly recommend Joshua and Colaw Fitness to anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals. 5 stars!

Updates: We started our weight loss/ healthier lifestyle style journeys, at this gym back in January. Love this place. They are always cleaning and staff are friendly, inviting and also always there to help you out. They have plenty of different stages of workout equipment! Tanning beds are usually clean but sometimes they miss the top glass of the lay down beds. My only complaint is the shower have a 2-3 min of luke warn before it gets very cold! 😞 Attention Management , if possible can you adjust temperature of the showers…can you give us like 7- 9 minutes of (hot water) showers time please 🙏. I only ask because some relying on a hot shower to get clean before work. Sincerely pleased though. The members and the staff at this gym are always pleasant and I feel very safe and free here. I would most definitely recommend this gym.

Lots of equipment, nice tanning bed setup, best hours for less people would be after 10pm

Super nice and friendly staff. Roseand Becca were extremely helpful in showing me around the facility at everything they had to offer. The equipment looks very nice! The gyn is really nice and clean! I was not expecting it to be as big as it was. Rose helped seal the deal on my membership there. Great price to join as well. Can't wait to start working out here.

Colaw is the best gym I’ve been to in the area hands down. Plenty of equipment and machines no matter how busy it gets. Staff is always super friendly and helpful too. Troy helped me out and made the entire sign up process a breeze. Definitely ask for him if you ever need anything! Overall great experience at this gym.

Chris running the front desk was a big help today. He explained the membership process very clearly. Y'all are lucky to have an employee that is as helpful as Chris. We even talked about the Bible which was a huge blessing to see the statement you guys make being shown through your employees.

I signed with Colaw and it’s great. Tyler was great at helping me get my membership started and he’s very knowledgeable. He should receive a raise and/or promotion. I’m excited to be a part of Colaw family. Thanks again.

Heard about this gym from social media, I pass this location daily and have never noticed it. I walked in and greeted by Kris at the front desk, there wasn’t any pressure from him to sign up. He explained the membership option to me, let me tour the building check out the equipment, massage and locker rooms. It’s nice not too big or intimidating. East sign up for the membership!! Definitely going to enjoy this gym.

Emmanuel was excellent in getting me signed up. This gym is cheap and also has a way to keep you accountable. Tons of free weight and cardio machines.

Colaw is an amazing gym. The employees are extremely helpful and kind. It is always clean and everyone is very friendly. Emmanuel helped me out today and he was AWESOME! I can't wait to continue coming to this gym.

Facility is clean and very welcome. Visited with my sister and was toured by Leah. She was very kind and informative about what the facility provides and all of its benefits. Can’t wait to get started

The staff are very welcoming. It smells great. The interior is beautiful and well designed. And very affordable rates for membership!!! Highly recommended for anyone trying to start a fitness journey!
