Place had a full staff and was busy due to Back to School sales..Speedy service...employees walking and actively pushing in boxes of shoes down the aisle..In and out only wait was at cash register,line fill around fast.

We love shoe carnival for all of our shoe needs. It's especially great for our kids who grow really fast , we can get a good pair of shoes for a decent price. They always have awesome sales , coupons, and military discount. You can stack coupons onto sale items.

Great half price clearance sale. Prices for pink tagged clearance items are halved at checkout. Sale continues through next Tuesday, 3/08. Two employees I encountered were courteous/helpful. One remembered me from yesterday and informed me of extended sale date. She initially thought sale ended today. A+ to her customer awareness and service skills.

Very good, helpful, and wonderful customer service! Everyone there is always willing to help, and they won't be following you around the store thinking that you're stealing. The young lady named Crystal helped find a shoe that wasn't where it belonged and I ended up leaving the store with the shoes I wanted! Thank you Crystal!!!
