Scrub Duds 2

I had a great experience there! As soon as 8 I walked in I was helped! (I forgot to ask for her name) She grabbed what I needed and I tried everything on. I didn’t get anything from there. But she was so helpful and so sweet! She is a great employee to have! Very interpersonal, and great customer service! I would highly recommend going here! And if the women that was helping me is reading this, (you know who you are) thank you so much!

Today was my second time buying from here and I’ve loved both experiences. The owner is extremely nice and will go out of her way to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase!
I was in-between two sets of scrubs and she ordered both pairs for me in the size and color I wanted, just so I could try on both sets before buying one.

Great locally owned business with affordable prices and an inviting atmosphere. Clearance rack was stocked with tons of goodies. This has officially become my go to scrub destination!

I was able to take my time trying out different stethoscopes. Staff was polite and helpful. Also got a student discount while shopping there!

When I walked in the door a lady helped me and I am going to start going there

They overcharged me $20. Then I tried to return unworn scrub bottoms that are too big. Told to get petite. I called back to ask about returning and they said due to COVID they can't take them back. Kind of funny bc what's the difference in letting us try them on in store and taking a return? Not much. Won't be back. If they really care about COVID-19 that much, why wasn't the lady working there wearing a mask?

Run down. Very rude staff with bad attitude. On both occasions that I spoke with her, she rolled her eyes as I approached the front desk. I didn't know coins reset after a certain period of time so when they reset, I asked if she could fix the machines. The attendant then proceeded to treat me like I was trying to scam her. Stating, "I don't give out free laundry." NEVER coming back.

Don't expect them to exchange or return anything at this place, I wanted to exchange and buy a more expensive item but they refused even though I just bought it the day before. I will NEVER come back, you lost a good customer!
