The new GM Elias was incredibly kind and helpful. Changed my girlfriend’s car battery for her in below freezing weather and made sure the car would start so we could get home. Truly went above and beyond for us, I would rate 10 stars if I could.

Came here to get my code read. It was fast and courteous. Explained to me the code so I went outside and fixed the gas cap. It fixed the problem. Saved me money from going to the dealership.

Mr. Arroyo helped me find AND install some new windshield wipers for my Jetta! Saved me the frustration of doing it myself.

I was miles from home and concerned about my low oil light. I stopped at the West Hartford, CT store and was very relieved to meet Abel and Javon. Each was extremely helpful, patient, and attentive to my problem. I drove away safely (and more comfortably) within 15 minutes of my stop. I commend their knowledge and thank them for their practical assistance!

I came to this store in search of new wipers with very little knowledge and a sense of embarrassment for not knowing how to install them myself. Moose was very helpful in finding the correct wipers and he politely educated me about the types of wipers in the store. He also very kindly installed the new wipers for me, and made me feel that it’s okay to ask them for help. Great customer service!

I came in today because my car die , I got a jumpstart and then my check engine lights came on. I also need washer fuild .Muse was very attentive to me from the moment that I walked in . He check my battery for me and instructed me to drive around for awhile to fully charge my battery. He also did the diagnostic on my car and showed me the error message.
