KP has the best attitude, customer service, and knowledge of the product of any employee I’ve dealt with at ANY Verizon store! She’s thorough and pays close attention to detail. She took the time to walk me through my problem, then she even went the extra mile to show me tricks and tips for using my phone. I appreciate the exceptional effort and ability that she has. Verizon will always have my business as long as they keep helpful people like KP employed!

David was amazing! He helped us set up a new phone and purchase what we needed. He was thorough and friendly! Highly recommend him as a technician for anything you need. He was patient and put up with my Dad jokes!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Micah and I have to say that he provided exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked into the store, Micah greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor. He was incredibly patient and attentive, and took the time to understand my needs.
Micah was extremely knowledgeable about all the products and services that Verizon had to offer, and he was able to answer all of my questions with ease. He listened carefully to my needs and helped me find the perfect phone and plan to fit my lifestyle.

Micah helped me upgrade to a new phone and do the transfers. Great customer service. He even stayed late to assist due to the transfer running long. Very happy working with him because of how simple he made it for me!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt as though Micah deserved some praise. He is AWESOME! The heart in which he serves with and care for each customer is a rare gift that many do not possess. Went in for a plan review and a phone upgrade. Better customer service than what we got from Micah is not possible. He was not only efficient and competent, but equally pleasant, and he had a way of putting us at ease. I highly recommend this store, and I hope Micah is there when you go.

I was verbally welcomed as soon as I walked into the door and although I was second in line I was treated as if I was 1st!
Within minutes my phone problem was being addressed! Micah was Very knowledgeable of my problem and did all he could do to save my phone!

I normally hate the process of getting a new phone but Micah made it so easy and actually pleasant for me. I tend to be very low tech, which is why I don’t upgrade often, but he answered each question patiently. Plans/phone options can be confusing these days, but he explained each one and helped me decide which was best based on my need, not the desire for a sale. I am very happy with my new phone AND the service I received from Micah at this Verizon store.
