Tony was the absolute best in helping me out. My son’s car broke down. I was able to get it to O’Reillys where Tony said bring it in and let’s take a look at it and see what we can do. He was nice enough to come show me what parts I needed and when I was finished putting it all together. He even tested my battery alternator and starter for me. Tony save the day for sure.

Went to O’Reilly’s in Wauconda & the guys in this store were so helpful! We realized we had a headlight out last night in the middle of our trip, stopped at this store to see if we could replace and two guys Tony & Joey helped us, Tony went out of his way to help us replace the bulb in the parking lot because they knew we were worried driving at night, such nice guys and great customer service!! Thank you Tony!

Replacing my wipers was like figuring out a Rubik cube. Needed adapter pieces and everything but Tony worked at it so patiently, and got them to fit perfectly. O’Reillys has always been so helpful, they excel at customer service. Thank you Tony!

I highly recommend O’Reilly’s Auto Parts in Wauconda. I called to check if they had windshield wipers for my car and Tony told me to come in in and park on the front. When I arrived he went to the store door and opened it from me and quickly found my wipers and went to my car to see if they were the correct ones. They were and he quickly and efficiently put them on and I was off. Super friendly service with the not trying to make a buck attitude. He actually saved me a few bucks on explaining why I could use the less expensive wipers. I will return again!

Amazing customer service! Tony not only found me the headlamp that I needed but he also took the time to replace it in my car and checked all my other lights to make sure they were working as well. Will definitely buy all my car parts from here again! Thank you!

Stopped in because my day running light went out, and Tony helped me install a new bulb in my Jetta. Amazing service and friendly employees! Thanks for the help Tony I’ll see ya soon to replace my rear brake light.

Tony was great, before I could even step in the door he was grabbing a cart so I could put my battery down. He got me the correct battery and I was in and out within 5 minutes. He was awesome!!!!
