Happy and helpful associates. They saw their colleague was with a customer and came right up to the rector help I was in and out within a minute or so. They were smiling, greeted me with a smile and thanked me for coming in.

I had the pleasure of working with Alex, the manager at this UPS store, and I must say that my experience was exceptional. Alex went above and beyond to assist me with a complicated shipping claim that took several months to resolve. His dedication and commitment to providing top-notch customer service were truly outstanding.

Throughout the entire process, Alex was not only knowledgeable and efficient but also incredibly patient and understanding. He took the time to explain every step of the claim process and kept me updated regularly. Even when faced with unexpected challenges, he remained calm and determined to find a solution.

What stood out the most was Alex's genuine willingness to help. He made sure I felt heard and valued as a customer, which is a rare quality in today's fast-paced world. It's clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the satisfaction of his customers.

Amazing staff that always goes above and beyond to help! Jenna and (I hope I have her name right) Jessica especially stand out. While all of the staff is helpful and kind, these two have repeatedly gone out of their way to make sure they have done anything possible to help. I purposely only go to this location because of their customer service.

In response to some negative reviews I've seen on here:
They do have a self-service counter for UPS prepaid & Amazon returns. This machine has been set up as long as any other locations' have.
Any long wait times are because everyone on the island has to go to this one location, so, yes, right after work or school times take longer. Also, it is because they provide complete service to every customer that it may take a minute longer. Appreciate the work they put into each individual instead of gripping about people who still treat customers as friends (something very lacking in most places nowadays).
They do charge to print your labels for you. That is why you were given the option to print it off yourself. It also covers their paper and ink and equipment cost. It is $3.25, which is set by the corporate office, not the people behind the counter here. Every UPS store I have ever gone to also charges to print off your labels. Sorry if you found the one secret location that is breaking corporate policy.

Finally, this staff is also amazing to one another and never seem frazzled even after a rush and even in the face of grumpy customers. I have watched them deal with creepy and crazy people who expected way beyond what a UPS offers. I have seen this more than once and with different staff members. Each time I have watched them maintain a level of courtesy and professionalism that is rare and outstanding.

Logan - He was SO patient and helpful when I wasn’t able to find my QR code that I thought I had in my cell. He coached me with kindness once I logged in to Amazon and we found it. Big thank you to him.

Everything is super convenient!.. All the employees at this specific location are always super friendly and helpful! They do what they can to help out or find solutions to issues should they arise!

Great experience every time…typically less than 5 minute wait. Quickest service while at the counter! Truly earned 5 stars!

I have been coming to this UPS store for years. With Covid I know shipping returns have gone way up. Well I wanted to thank Devon, Andrew, Jaquae. I was here a few times with people lined out the door down the sidewalk and they are missing people out due to being sick. They have always been kind fast and super helpful. Maya is another associate who has been kind and helpful. Thanks for working under hard circumstances and rude customers and still being kind and professional. I have witnessed customers being rude when it’s out of the associates control….and even when customers are rude they behave in a very kind professional manner. Very fast as well. My many many experiences at this store have been great.

June 2023 review.
Again had the best service from Julie and Jessica we had a lot of packages and I had my kids with me and they were quick kind and lovely to my children. Other customers were commenting on me having so many kids and their hair color and the staff was asking helped me her in and out quickly. We went and got them a drink, since it was a hot day and they were very busy as a thank you. Please keep such great team members around ! Thank you ladies !!

This store has the happiest group of service desk attendees in the city. It's a joy coming into the Oak Harbor UPS store.

I may have never discovered how fast, efficient and friendly this place is if the other "Authorized UPS Shipper" in town had not turned me away because they couldn't take Amazon returns 🤔. Highly recommend just coming here.

Before you leave a review saying THIS ups store missed your delivery, or that THEY didn't pick up your Amazon return. Take a second and realize THEY don't have any trucks out front of there store. THEY don't deliver ANY of your packages. Save yourself time and don't make yourself look bad. If You want to complain about your delivery, it has NOTHING to do with THE UPS STORE they are two separate companies. You have no idea how much work these guys put into this store and how difficult some of you people make it for them SO DONT PRETEND TO ACT LIKE YOU DO. Have a wonderful day 6604❤

They advocated for with a damaged shipment that I had purchased insurance. 3rd party insurance refused payment, but the management took over and worked diligently to get my full reimbursement for the loss. Above expectations.
