Bugaboo Pet Grooming

I am so very grateful for Bugaboo!!! They were able to squeeze my Ziggy into their busy schedule before we fly south. I love the location, it’s very close to my parents house, and it’s a convenient one-way loop around with parking. Business is cute and professional. Staff was very friendly and very “on it”. They remembered talking to me prior and about my questions and concerns. My pup has partial collapse trachea and they were able to harness him so that wouldn’t be a problem. They groomed and cut him exactly how I wanted and in a very timely manner! I am very pleased with my experience with Bugaboo and with the results with my pom. I am looking forward to using them again in the future when we visit family. I will definitely be recommending friends and family to use them!

Absolutely LOVE bugaboo pet grooming!! Very good prices, excellent picture taking of the animals after bathtime! These guys LOVE animals and make best friends with all of them so easily! True pet lovers! This isn't their job, this is their HOBBY!!!

I never ever write reviews but this place deserves it 100%. I adopted a Guinea pig from a Craigslist ad since I was looking for a friend for my pigs and I do not like buying pets from the pet store. I brought this piggie home expecting fair conditions and the previous owner told me the pig just needed its nails clipped. I took the pig out immediately and its butt was matted the size of my fist. It’s a long haired Guinea pig and it had been extremely neglected. I tried cutting the hair off that had food and poop inside of of it with no luck. I ended up driving to this groomers an hour before close and asked them to help me. They did just that. She was taken to the back and had her butt shaved where the groomers even mentioned it looked like she had urine burn. This is by far the best experience I have ever had in Oak Harbor and these people are so caring. I recommend all the way. Please please don’t buy a Guinea pig if you are not ready for the commitment. This place just did me a huge favor. If you’re looking for a groomer who is gentle and considerate of animals look no further and come to this spot. Love them and thank you guys for helping me!

They did an excellent job with my husky Loona. They are very affordable and worked well with my dog who has seizures. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!

The only place I take my black Lab. He leaves Bugaboo looking amazing. Seems like he has a lot of fun there. Highly recommend!!!

I have a dog reactive dog and I needed to get her nails clipped/paw pats shaved. I called and they got my in the next morning, before opening! They truly care about animals and the wellbeing of all animals.
They were so sweet to my dog, whom is a rescue and I am trying to re introduce to things.

Amazing and only place you should be going to on the island. We just moved recently out of state and don’t know how we are going to find a groomer like them. They know our pets by name and are very nice and knowledgeable. No problems even when we had medical shampoo and conditioner for our dogs to be used. Apollo and Ares will miss this place for sure. Thank y’all for all the help!

We love Bugaboo! Ashley has been grooming our 2 year old doodle every month for over a year now. He's a high energy pup that can be very difficult at times (and by that I mean most of the time!), but she always works her magic and he comes home looking and smelling wonderful. We'll be regular customers of theirs as long as we live in the area! Thank you for being so patient with our Levi!!!

The customer service, friendliness, and attention to details got me. They demonstrate a true desire to care for your fur baby. I took my Lulu just to try as I had lost hope elsewhere, but this is Lulu's forever grooming place. I also bought fresh farm eggs. Thank you Mike and team, you've earned my business.

Always a Great Experience at Bugaboo! They care about our Pet Family! All 3 of our Fur Babies get bathed and groomed there. The Farm Fresh Eggs are a Great Buy as well!!

Bugaboo has met and then exceeded expectations every single time we bring our smooth collie in for a bath or nails. He does so well with them! Can’t wait for our new mini schnauzer to join him on grooming days this year.

Yet another moment of going above and beyond the expectation! I have two doggos that I like to believe are the two hardest types to groom...one of them is 140 lbs and the other has a super thick herding dog double coat (you know... The kind where you can't even see what color their skin actually is because it's so thick). Not only did they graciously put up with a timing blunder on my part but both of my boys came out shining like new pennies! I video chatted my other half and even HE noticed the difference via FB! They are amazingly soft, smell amazing, with freshly trimmed nails and a very handsome set of accessories :)
I recommend to all of my clients that they call Bugaboo when they are looking for a local groomers. Shout out to some of the best in the biz! Thank you for all that you do!!!
