Well-run and well-stocked, easy to find what you want. The employees were helpful and professional, very good experience in choosing paint samples for our new house.

I came in late on a Sunday. Micheal was working and he was super helpful and helped me out even though they were about to close. It was my fault for not checking when they closed. I have bought everything you need for fixing up a older house. They are always very knowledgeable and helpful. Also love that they have sales. I come here often and everyone has great service. I have also worked with Megan and she was great as well. Thanks guys ☺

Customer service is as important as using the correct tools and choosing quality paint. My recent experience at the Oak Harbor, WA store validated my opinion. I came in with a color sample from an out-of-date, Ralph Lauren swatch book. Matching the color was essential. It was late in the afternoon and a Sherwin William's Associate named Megan was holding down the store by herself. The care and precision she demonstrated in sampling and mixing the color exceeded my highest expectations. Not only did the final mix prove to be a perfect match but Megan took the time to answer all questions with professionalism, clarity, and a touch of humor. She could have taken a single digital sample, mixed the paint, and charged my account, but she went far beyond that - she treated me as though I was her most important and valued client. And, all I was buying was a quart of paint. Thank you.

Three men working and no one else was in the store at that time, late afternoon. All three men helped me. I appreciated the service and the knowledge they shared with me. The store is beautiful and organized with all samples cards and all information booklets perfectly filled to provide everyone the items they may need for their projects. I really appreciate when all the tools are available for me to take what I may need for my project.

Great people and products. Sherwin-Williams has paint specifically for cabinets leaving no bubbles. It is easy to apply. The salesperson was very helpful in finding the right paint for us.

The staff really cares for you at Oak Harbor. They strive to give the customer everything they need to finish the project from start to finish. They went as so far as to go to another Sherwin William's to get me the last gallon I need for the project. And hooked me up with a can opener also. Customer for life. Thank you

Tony and his team give 110% regarding customer care and satisfaction. They are knowledgeable about the products and make sure you leave with what is going to work the best for your needs.

If you want to get someone actually knowledgeable about paint...go here. Not Home Depot. Prices may be a little more but you get what you pay for in my experience.
