Just recently visited and the young lady tonight at the self checkout was so friendly and polite. I appreciate her from rescuing me and my daughter from the long line to help at the self checkout. I never go to self checkout because they give me issues so I opted for the long line. She came up to me and my daughter and offered to help us use them. We got in and out so quick! My daughter is a 5 year old autistic child, so the long wait would have been a rough one. We appreciate all your help and making our experience a good one! Will be visiting again real soon!

I really like Vallarta. As a Hispanic male, it has many of the brands I enjoy. I also enjoy its food counter where I like to get carnitas tacos and a mango water. The employees are helpful, friendly. Thank you Vallarta for being there for me. Vallarta Downey, CA.

Fresh fruits, veggies, food, fresh made sushi and ceviche. Love that spot, close to home, clean. I'm a Foodie, actually went today for their Fresh made Sushi. I've known the Chino doing it for a very long time and the lady made my roll free then and there

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the store and freshness of the produce.
I was disappointed with the Carne asada though. It was sopping wet, i assume to add weight and cut razor thin. It shrank on the grill to less than half the size. I didn't care for the seasoning which tasted like red pepper. It didn't have the traditional citrus, onion cilantro marinade.

Clean, friendly workers. Pleasant experience.
As I read some other reviews on this market I don't see any of that going on but to each his own. I do see that this management goes way above the norm when it comes to Service & Customer Satisfaction.
I have to take the time to say THANK YOU to the PEOPLE WHO RUN THE MARKET, YOU ARE A GEM.
It's not everyday that the ones who work behind the scenes take the time to investigate and take reviews serious

Seafood section clean and service first class. Fresh flower section at the entrance nice touch. Store brand tortilla chips perfect for mariscos. They even sell peeled, clean, split shrimp for marisco dishes

Great produce & great specials. I love that their butchers don't make a fuss about trimming fat off some chicken or cutting meat a certain way like some other stores I've been to

I love coming to this market the employees are welcoming and very caring. But in particular today I walked in to grab some lunch and I was greeted with a big smile by Martha she was very helpful. I let her know that I will be eating at the store, so she quickly let me know that she will give me a plate and a fork for my Tamale 😍to accommodate my dining there. She even told me to take a seat, once my champurrado was ready she would let me know. Wow excellent customer service. Two thumbs up Martha keep up the good work!

Excellent grocery store... This Vallarta location is very clean and organized.. the shopping isles are neat and organized. Everything is in place and easy to find... The meat department had fresh meat..I love a store that cares about their appearance and being clean. The food court area is clean, and the food is absolutely delicious, and reasonably priced... not to mention very friendly employees/staffers that service their customers with a smile!!

i always come here to buy groceries when theyre on sale and its very close to my house, i know a girl that works here, shes very nice and always says hi to me when i come, if im not in the mood to drive around i come here and get what i need, it always packed especially on the weekends i like it here

By far the best Vallarta I have been too. Super clean, great staff and lots of items!! A little out of my way but worth the trip.

It's fantastic. I had never been there before. Lots of variety and fresh produce. I avoided the bakery section on purpose, but it looked really good. Clean, organized. Very friendly staff.

Vallarta has a variety of products including many of different cultures (especially Mexican food). They sell prepared food, natural fruit drinks, a bakery, huge meat department and so much more. It is clean and best of all, you can't beat their prices. I now go here first rather than Albertsons. I save so much more and the quality is just as good if not better.

Very friendly more than helpful and above all very honest somebody lost their wallet and it had a bunch of money in it and the security guard thought I was the one who lost my money because I dropped something when I got out of my cab luckily it wasn't my wallet but I told him no and I thank you and I applaud your honesty so I rated him a five-star because they also helped me check out and pack my stuff and that's important I'm disabled way to go Vallarta

I love the bakery and cheese and deli markets. The vegetables are fresh and good quality. I'm in love with the tortilleria. The food they make at the restaurant is super delicious and the aguas frescas exquisite.
