Love the modern and beautiful interior design plus the sign.

Walked in with a smile asking if they had wheeled laptop bags (I saw them but didn’t want to assume they would fit and sought the knowledge of the employee).

I was told immediately that they had no laptop bags with wheels…………….

After I pointed them out (a whole wall) I simply left (it is a very small store).

I felt like the person didn’t want me there or just was so clueless that I wouldn’t want to buy from them anyway. Didn’t want to actually look or get up. Not deserving of the money. Avoid.

Briggs and Riley does not honor their lifetime warrantee. The airport store employees will only direct you to email customer service with any questions or problems. Customer service will email you back 4 times to tell you your problem with their luggage malfunctions is simply your problem. My roller bag did not make it out of Mexico as it would not collapse to fit anywhere. I had to abandon my bag. Buy from Filson. If you are spending that much money get a guarantee that is real.

A terrible store. Not much for a selection and very little for accessories. The clerks was too busy texting on her cell phone to be helpful. FedEx and I will never shop a Briggs & Riley store again.

I visited this store last week and upon entering, i asked the attendant who had his face buried in his cell phone if he had a certain bag and his reply was, "I din't know, you can look over there". So I looked over there and sure enough there was the bag I was having trouble finding. I then advised the attendant, I wished to purchase the bag and considering I could not board my flight with two roller bags I requested that it be shipped to my home at which time his response was, "I know they have dime that but I have no idea how to do that". So I walked out of the door. Sale lost. Don't waste your time!

Multiple times I’ve been turned away or had to go to another location for service or support. The excuse is always “the person who knows stuff isn’t here”. I had to purchase my roller somewhere else because they didn’t even have someone to get it from the “back room”.
