Tammy was fast and efficient getting my spot set up. Property is clean and well monitored.

I stopped by to check out the facilities and see if there was availability. Though they were not able to accommodate my timeline needs, Tammy was AMAZING. She showed me what options were available, and when she was not able to accommodate, reached out to a sister property to see what options they had. Grounds are clean and well kept, and felt secure. I would highly recommend for storage needs.

Tammy is so helpful! I booked another unit at a competitor location. Three days before my move in date they texted me they didn’t have the unit. StorPlace to the rescue! Tammy made check in a BREEZE! Rates are better than the one i was originally looking at that cancelled on me. It all happened for the best. Got Excellent customer service and looking forward to storing my things here. Went through the rental process online, but wanted to see the place before I locked in. Was helped by the extremely pleasant and helpful Amanda who took the time to show me my options and answer my questions. And here I thought customer service was dead - boy was I wrong about that! 10/10 would recommend this place!
