The food at this place was fire 🔥 wait staff was incredibly friendly, and the cooks are great. Asked for my burger medium rare and it was actually medium rare. If your looking for good ol bar food kicked up a couple notches this is the place to go

Best local restaurant to hang out for drinks and dinner. We liked it the most in and around the area. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Drinks are awesome. Food is really good. I would definitely recommend this place

Oak Tree has -the- best veggie burger in town. Possibly in the state. "The Mighty Vegetarian" is a black bean burger and it has the perfect amount of spice and an excellent mix of toppings, served on a savory onion bun. If my husband asks what I want for dinner and I tell him a veggie burger, he knows that means Oak Tree.

Other than that, the staff at Oak Tree are all top notch. Though I spoke mostly of the mighty vegetarian, all of the food is truly excellent. You won't be disappointed no matter what you order. The atmosphere is warm with a bit of "everybody knows your name" vibe when the waitresses recognize a regular. It's a small place so it can be hard to find seating during peak times but they do have a large patio available.

If someone is visiting town and they ask for restaurant recommendations, Oak Tree Lounge is always on the top of my list.

Location is different but really enjoyed their food. One of the best French Dips I have ever had and my wife said same about the grilled chicken sandwich. Renee was an amazing server & took really good care of us during a busy dinner rush. Will visit again definitely.

Back for our second visit and service is absolutely amazing. Best burger I have had in a long time.

The food, the service, and the drinks make this a must stop for Jackson. Can't find a place to get an actual medium burger? Look no further, been here several times, I get a burger EVERY time, because it is cooked perfectly medium every single time. Very unassuming outside curb appeal, literally drove past it on Oak St. Again, amazing service and food.

This is a 5-star neighborhood bar. The service was friendly and prompt, beer was cold, and I'll be dreaming about the reuben sandwich for weeks. The restaurant is clean, and the atmosphere reminded me of a small town, Northern Michigan bar, where you find all the locals. It's an absolute gem!

The outdoor patio dining is very cool! A very different experience from the interior dining experience, which is a cozy neighborhood bar. Same great food in either seating. The addition of live music on the patio makes this a great place for an early night out.

Food so good and reasonably priced—I can’t eat fast food in town any more. This place uses the best ingredients (some locally sourced) and makes everything with the best quality. Whether it’s Alex, Tom, or Julie manning the grill, you’re guaranteed a lunch/dinner to be fulfilling and delicious. Such great people and such great food make for the best place to sit and dine or even take your food Togo. Shop local. Eat at Oak Tree Lounge. 💙💙💙

Cozy bar with a generous menu of staples like burgers, sandwiches, salads, and even pizzas! Good food and friendly staff. Can get busy around lunchtime but I haven't ever had to wait too long for a meal.

The Voo Doo Chicken is a favorite. It has a red-hot sauce flavor, but it's not so spicy that you'll regret it later 😂

Older bar/restaurant that could use some updating. Food and service are among the best in town. Never hesitate to go there, never been disappointed!

Wonderful little restaurant tucked away in a neighborhood in Jackson Michigan. The best Reuben I have had in a long time. The burger was done to perfection. Brandy, our waitress was awesome.

Love the ambience. Very local and plesent atmosphere. Live music available when I visited. Looks like family owned. Located between the residential area. More than sufficient parking space. Open 5 days a week. Will definitely visit again. Waitress is very friendly and patient. This is one of the must visit restaurents in Jackson, Michigan

This little place was so nice. Their pretzel appetizer was delicious! My boyfriend had the three soups. Spicy chili, white chicken chili, and sausage and bean soup all three were tasty. I had the bacon cheeseburger and that came out cooked just like I like it with hot fries. Was a great ending to our chili night.
