Came in during a crazy rain storm because I needed new windshield wipers. I was assisted by RIVER , which he went above and beyond helping me go out in the storm and help me put the wipers since I’ve never done them by myself. River showed mad compassion doing that for me and deserves a raise and a half! Thanks again river for the help and teaching me a life long skill.

Went in to get new wiper blades. Before I could even open the book to search for what I needed, Donato asked if he could help. He then looked it up in the computer and advised I needed 2 different sizes. I decided to go out and pull off what was already on the car to make sure, and in doing so realized my car had a special adapter. He made sure to open the package for the brand that had this adapter. After ringing up the purchase, I expected to just head out to the parking lot and put them on myself. Instead he grabbed them and said let's go put these on. He even had me check to make sure they worked after install. I tried to tip him for the service but he refused. I am leaving this review instead so he gets acknowledged. This store went above and beyond to provide great customer service and that's not common these days. Thank you again.

I needed a new battery. I brought my vehicle to this location and took out the battery. When I brought it inside they offered a free check. With no surprise they agreed that I needed a new battery. Although I knew what battery I needed they did a quick double check to make sure I was grabbing the right one. Roberto checked us out. Very friendly and great customer service. I installed the battery and it worked like a charm.

I needed a new windshield wiper on a rainy day. Don helped me figure out which blade was correct for my car and even offered to replace it for me while it was raining. I was in and out in under 5 min. Will return to this location when I need auto parts. The customer service from Don is the #1 reason.

I went in for a light bulb(didn't know which one was out the dash told me) and miss Trish was so helpful, turns out the whole tail light had to come off for a little bulb! She's very sweet and I will definitely be coming back!

Stopped in for wipers. They greated me at the door! Looked up my model type, went outside and put them on no questions asked! Fantastic customer service! I felt like a dumb girl walking in but instead walked out feeling grateful for the help. Thank you! Thank you!

I had the best service ever yesterday, while visiting your store. Myca helped my son & I with buying a new battery. He is so knowledgeable and very honest. They were very busy and from the moment I walked in the door he had a smile, saying welcome someone will be with you shortly. He was very personable, and you can tell he really cared. I didn’t even have to ask. He read my mind. He explained everything to the T. Even after he installed the battery, he checked that it was getting a good charge. He even Checked the alternator & explained the warranty. I tried to tip him but he wouldn’t accept. You just don’t find people like this. He is an asset to your company!! His customer service skills are over the top & I definitely will be back. Thank you Myca for making our bad day turn into a good day.

I came to Autozone to get my battery inspected! Roberto Santiago was very Kind, attentive and helpful! He helped me replace my battery immediately! Definitely Recommend! His costumer service is amazing!

I like coming to this autozone because unlike other autozones the workers actually know about cars. You can call them and they are knowledgeable and help you out. When you have to go inside they take care of you as well. My last experience, I called in for a part and an employee named Gavin took my call and checked for a part and actually put me on hold to confirm the part was there. When I went for the part he helped and answered a few car related questions I had. Without me asking he helped carry the stuff to my car. Great experience!

If anyone deserves 5 stars it’s Jonathan! The man went ABOVE & BEYOND to help me with my battery issue. Made swapping out the faulty one painless, & worked over an hour to help make sure my terminals & battery were clean & secure! (Santiago also came in clutch & helped us out at the end!) This is what good GENUINE service looks like & I can’t thank Jonathan enough for his help this morning

Management and staff are always incredibly helpful. Service with a smile and above and beyond trying to make sure you have everything you need without trying to upsell needlessly or talk you into things you don’t need. Keep it up!

Can you say OUTSTANDING!! Today on my way to work I noticed my right windshield wiper was not good, so I pulled in so I can get replacements. It was raining like crazy. Jonathan helped me pick the ones I needed than was graces enough to go outside IN THE RAIN and change them for me. I would say that is going above and beyond good customer service.
