WhiteWater Express Car Wash

I absolutely love coming to the Whitewater express car wash over in alliance. I recently bought a brand new car and decided that this was a great opportunity for me to help keep my car, clean and tidy. The convenience of having the car wash right down the street from my house and across the street from my daughter school and on my way to work allows me to utilize my membership Every single week. I have nothing that I could complain about as every time I come to the car wash I never have to wait in a lengthy line. I never have to worry about getting into a parking spot to vacuum my vehicle. They always fresh towels ready to used to dry your car off and clean the interior with. The vacuums have great suction. They also have that added little blower to allow for you to get water out of the cracks and get all the dust and debris out of the vents. Greet you with a warm smile. I have really enjoyed coming here and will continue coming here for their excellent service.

I always, unless forced, go to this location. I do love it so much. The staff knows when I come in and always always smile and wave! I haven’t really ever had an issue and if I do I will just ask an attendant if they can mention it to management and it seem like the next time I come in, usually 3-5 days, it has been adjusted.

I was hesitant to go thru in my new baby blue with white rim Bronco. I was so worried about it scratching my rims and that’s one of the reasons I love my car! She is beautiful all the time now!

I met the manager who I thought was an owner. He treated every car with a smile. A wave and scrubbed the back of my car and my front just like any other employee. The managers that will get out and do what the employees do are always an asset to any company. I love my whitewater express and hope to continue visiting this location and others for a long time.

Fantastic place. I was not sure about my new tires being able to fit inside the track/rail so the gm Doug helped me measure everything to ensure a safe fit.

I frequently visit this car wash, and I must say, it was an excellent experience. The service was top-notch, and Doug (manager) himself was incredibly attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. Highly recommend this place for a thorough wash and great customer service!

I love this car wash, sometimes I go three times a week, because my baby HAS to look amazing.....they scrub extra when she gets muddy and when birds use her as target practice. I would definitely sign up for indefinite washes!!! It is worth it. And Doug is just a cutie!!!

Very well taken care of car wash! They do a good job with the pre wipe down on my car before going through.

I’ve been going to this car wash for about 2 years. The employees are so kind, especially the GM Doug - he is awesome! One time they let me rewash my car since all the bird poop didn’t come off - which was a lot of bird poop lol! Anyways, I ended up getting a membership cause I love this car wash so much!!

What an amazing experience! This place offers the best pricing ever, and Doug, the super nice General Manager, greeted me with genuine concern for my experience. I truly appreciate his attentiveness. My Audi , my car, has always been clean and well-washed. I'm absolutely thrilled with this place!

Doug was such an amazing help when I had to set up my membership! Everyone in my family has one and my kids love the rainbow colors in the wash! Definitely recommend this place simply because the staff is amazing!

Best car wash we have found in the area. One thing that set this car wash apart from the rest is the hand air compressor dryer. I also love the convenience of the membership only lane. Doug is so friendly and it’s always an added bonus to have him clean the car!

We love it here! The only place we get our car washed. They have all of the accommodations including towels, automatic mat washers, and all purpose and window cleaner. This location also still has the flat vacuums on one side which are my favourite!

Doug is absolutely hands down a true example of exceptional customer service. Day in and day out I have been greeted and thanked for my business with eye contact and a friendly wave. He’s always busy and working efficiently and still finds time and makes effort to have a great attitude and make customers feel valued and appreciated. He is the gold standard and what the service industry is missing. Please give this man a raise and a leadership post he deserves it.

Side note: kindly open you restrooms back up to your customers. I was told by the area manager to use the Taco Bell establishment next door. Should I take my business elsewhere? You can pay a cleaning company as low as $20 a day to take care of that if the employees don’t want to deal with the mess. ( I don’t blame them) however this is a disservice to your paying customers. Thank you!

Cooper and Doug are top notch! We have the monthly membership and it is worth its weight in gold! We would love to see a White Water Car Wash in Haslet, Texas! Hint, hint! You guys rock! Don’t let anyone tell you any different! Thank you for your hard work and all that y’all do.

They have incredible customer service here! Doug was SO helpful and did a great job greeting me, helping me at the kiosk to choose my wash, and even quickly ran over to give my car a good scrub before going through the wash! He gave me a complimentary air freshener as well. My car was squeaky clean.
